McDonalds PTA (down the road from Kgosi Mampuru) Saturday 28 January 2023. Around 10:15 am. My family and I went passed McD to get some food but what we found there was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms smell, are very dirty and have no toilet paper. Our order took more than 30 minutes to get prepared, my brother and I had to get up and go to the counter to ask why our food was taking so long. We had to walk up and down with trays of food taking it so where we were sitting, the lady said there was nothing they could do as they were under staffed. My chips were cold and my fold over was terribly packaged. This McD is going to the dogs, if it’s not incorrect orders, then it’s it’s no service at all. I didn’t enjoy my food, my kids ordered nuggets and didn’t get their bbq sauce, turns out they were out of stock like so many other things on their menu
On Saturday 17/08/2019, my family and I went past Shell filling station ultra city to fuel up and also get some refreshments. the service I got was absolutely disgusting, I bout 5 hot beverages which totaled up to more than R150. We were never informed that they did not have lids for the cups, after waiting for over fifteen minutes without any explanation, I asked for lids, the guy who was making the drinks gave me two very dirty lids, I then asked him what he expected me to do with the dirty lids, he just said its coffee and he looked the other direction, i then told him to clean those lids and he did so reluctantly, I asked him what about the other lids for the rest of the cups, he told me that they were out of lids and that there was nothing he could do, at this point my drinks are getting cold, I then told him to refund me, he told me he cant do that and then walked away, some lady by the name of Abongiwe came and told me that same thing about no refund, I had now been at the store for over 20 minutes, people that ordered after me had already left. They discussed amongst themselves that they would get lids from steers. when the lids finaly came after waiting even longer, I was told by Abongiwe that she will put my drinks in the microwave and reheat them for me, when I told her I wanted fresh drinks she just waled away from me and started having conversations with the other workers. I asked to speak to the manager, a lady by the name of Portia came and that is when I got fresh drinks, they also did not have honey, I was told it was locked in some office and that there was nothing they could do. I was at that place for a very long time and that delayed my trip. the service I got on that day was absolutely DISGUSTING, the staff that helped me were VERY RUDE and ILL MANNERED.
We were over charged by a driver, he saw that the price was too high but he insisted on taking the high price anyway. To begin with, his driving s****s are very questionable and his car was dirty and extremely smelly. When I called him to ask him why he over charged he told me to report him.

I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the the quality of food that Makro sells to their customers, this is the second time this year that we have purchased rotten food from Makro.<br> First it was sliced cheese which we returned but I had to stand in a long line to get assistance, On Wednesday 03/02/2015 we went in and bought a few items, part of them were Royco sauce in a packet, I bought 6 and 4 of the 6 packets expired last year!!! This is a huge inconvenience as I have a newborn baby and I can't make unnecessary trips back and forth to makro and also to be expected to wait in a long line to get assistance sin exchanging/getting a refund. Other thing is these trips are costing alot of money! Petrol is expensive
My husband wanted to buy a baby rocker but at that moment it was out of stock, he was advised that they would be receiving more stock soon,He was advised by Noni to pay for it and he will be contacted when they receive stock, He was never contacted instead he was the one who kept calling &
