False representation
I bought a ford focus from Auto addicts, minor faults declared by sales person, less than two months later and I have spend 20k and now steering rack is done, this is 36k, pully noise, water leak, clearly car was in an accident, I have contacted auto addicts and waiting a reponseI will take this to the courts if not resolved

Extremely poor service
Unfortunately I had to apply for debt review on 6 January and debt busters accepted my application, since then just issues, Waiting for 3 weeks for a negotiator to contact me and creditors refused to cancel debit orders as they must first receive a payment proposal from Debt busters and informed them because of debit orders still going through I will only make 2st payment end Feb, this was done on email, they still tried to deduct the debit order and 2 days after 25th called me to ask why I missed payment, must have send 30 mails asking when a negotiator will contact me so that payment plan can be submitted to creditors, but still no contact.

Inaccurate credit bureau listings
I have a loan with ULoans and never missed a payment then suddenly I check my credit report and see two accounts overdue for 3 months, I investigate and both ULoans, one current account and another that was paid off in late 2020, called them and answer is they have a system error and this will take 21 days to rectify, but what about the damage to me credit profile, even a paid up account listed as 3 months in arrears, send them an email no response

Poor Customer Service
I have a mobi money account with finchoice and my balance was R2040.00 and then it went to R4200 and Then R3300. I contacted them and they said they did not receive my payment for February 2020. I was asked to send through proof of payment which i did 3 times and called them 10 times. Then i was given the email address of a manger and also send proof of payment but still no response. When I call they promise to assist and I immediately get an SMS stating that my Querry has been logged and 5 seconds later a SMS that my Querry has been sucessfully resolved. I had exactly the same problem in December. It is time for my next debit order to go off and this has still not been resolved.
