As a loyal MTN customer for more than 10 years, I am utterly disgusted at how they have dealt my billing query after upgrading last year. When I upgraded, I took the 2 for 1 deal for the Huawei P40 5G and the Huawei P40 lite. When I received my statement in November 2021 it was double. Then I went into the Canal Walk MTN where I was assisted by the floor manager at the time. He then helped me and said that I was billed incorrectly based on the contract I took. I then paid the correct amount. He logged the billing fault on the 26/11/2021 and he sent me the reference number for the query. Thinking that it would be sorted, to my surprise when I went into pay in store December 2021, my billing was still double and incorrect. I then asked then to rectify it again. Every month since I have been asking then to fix it so that I can pay the correct amount and still to my disappointment it has not been done. I have received call from debt collectors due to the billing being incorrect form MTN. This has been a upsetting situation to say the least and in turn for being a loyal customer, they have now affected my credit as well. I have tried to get this resolve and I have references for each call I made. I have spoken to different people of which some has told me that the query has been close. Yet again, this was not and still is not the case. The incompetency of dealing with MTN has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I would possibly never want to be a customer again. Unfortunately, I would need to continue my contract with them but I am asking them to sort our my billing as I want to pay the correct amounts for my contract. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, my account has been disable due to their system not picking up that my debit order is coming off my account. When checking my bank statement it shows that Afihost has taken the installment/payment however, I noticed that my account was disabled which was a fault on their side. This is unacceptable. They then proceeded to send me a link after I queried this issue and what amazed me was the fact that I had to re-submit my banking details again. This is an inconvenience. Why did they not pick up this issue? If I didn't query it would it have been ongoing and for how long? I have recommended this service provider to many of my family and friends in the past. I am not happy as a committed payer and customer. I truly hope this never happens again or I will be forced to not be a customer of Afrihost any longer.
<p>What a disgrace of an restaurant! Came there with my family for a good Dinner just to be told that I have to keep my 1 year old quiet as she is disturbing the other customers evening. The day before going there I called in advanced for a reservation. I spoke to Alan which is the owner and asked him if his establishment is child friendly and he insured me that it was. When I arrived with our two kids, parents and fiancè to a cold,very gloomy and unpleasant atmosphere. Like it's a place for stuck up old people. The service was poor and the waitress could barely manage with her 10+ tables that she had to serve while being shouted at in front of customers by the owner Alan Tavares, she shouted back at him. The waitress then came to my fiancè and asked her to keep my daughter quiet however my daughter was not being rowdy or crying, she was being a child wanting to play. The waitress then asked if we could sit outside with out two small kids in the cold and eat there as they would put a table outside for us. Then we spoke to the owner and he said that we must understand that his regulars wants to leave because of our baby. All we wanted was a good,fun filled, family evening and chose Al's Place. Disgusted at what we experienced there and treated like we were less than those "regulars". We then paid for our starters and drinks with out being rude or disrespectful but certainly hurt and utterly disappointed and would advice families with playful loving children to never go there.</p>
<p>Today the 05/01/2017 my cell phone was stolen and i called in to the call centre for assistance in getting my phone block so that I ncould open up a case of theft however, i was transfered to the pre-paid department and waited for a half an hour without any assistance. relly not happy with the holding time as it was something important and still the issue is not resolved. Can someone help me what do I do?</p>
<p>call waiting period and not getting out at an individual</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 02/01/2017 i decided to check my bank states on my banking app and noticed that a certian amount of money was remove for my credit card, decided to researched these companies that took money from my account and found out that they are scam companies. After finding this out tried call the standard bank call center to get this issued sorted but waited more than an hour and still nothing . today i tried again and i was still waiting for them to answer there phones. </p>
