Deeply disappointed in the Organized crime institution that is Bolt South Africa. My phone was stolen by one of their drivers and Bolt has sent from pillar to post, when all I wanted was details of the driver to get in contact with him. They protect their drivers at all cost that is why they commit so much crime. Every day there is a headline about a crime committed by bolt drivers. They commit these crimes knowing they will be protected by Bolt. The sooner Bolt is banned from South Africa the safer the country will e. Im appalled and disgusted in how I the victim have been treated by Bolt
I ordered online around 3, order was accepted and scheduled for delivery at 17:30. It is now 20:00 and driver is on his way or claim to be on his way. Why do we consistently get bad service from asap.

I requested to be registered as a rep for my company. Submitted documentation on 21/02/2022. I still haven't received an feedback. I have called and even emailed their social media team still no luck. This has been the most frustrating experience!!!

Terribly disappointed in the service I received from Pick n Pay (ASAP). I will never ever use the service. Something which is supposed to save you time has wasted my time and nobody seems interested in assisting me.
