I booked Michanic to replace a serpentine belt. The mechanic arrived, stayed for about 10 minutes, and left without doing any work because he said the water pump was also broken. Despite no work being done on my car, Michanic is only refunding me for the part and not the service. This is unacceptable — I paid for a job that wasn’t carried out, and my car was left in the same condition. Customers deserve transparency and fair treatment, especially when no service is delivered.
I am disappointed with the lack of communication and delay in processing my vehicle repair claim. Despite reaching out via email regarding an urgent matter, I have received no response or update. As someone who relies on my car daily, this delay has caused significant inconvenience, and the absence of feedback has made the situation even more frustrating. I expected better customer service and transparency in handling claims. Prompt responses and clear communication are essential in such situations, and I hope this issue is addressed moving forward.

Like minds why do you use my details to open a Vodacom contract without my acknowledgment. What you just did is *****. I have never spoken to any of your agents to initiate a contract on behalf of me.
I don't understand how Vodacom would partner with **** companies like "Like Minds". They opened a contract without my acknowledgment. The worse part is that Vodacom went to create an order without any of my documents, No ID copy, no payslip, no proof of address. I hate how such big companies make such rookie mistakes and we end up being victims of ****s. I even feel the POPI acts standards are not even followed when it comes such.
Pedros Bonaero Park doesn’t even deserve a star after that horrible food they served me via Mr D food. The chicken was dry, tasteless with no sauce. I have never had such a bad experience with them considering it is one of my best.
It more then a week now since The Unlimited as ask for my bank statement and I sent it to show them of the double debit that occurred on the 26th October 2022 but no communication still. Such services are the reason why people switch service providers. I have been loyal to you. I expect good service. What will happen the day I die and my family has to claim if they can't attend to a simple R300.
