Elder exclusion by The Holiday Club
My mother is elderly and very deaf. We've been trying to add me as an authorised user for more than a year now, but they insist she needs to do it personally. She is not computer literate, and can't hear instructions well enough to follow them. The Holiday Club consistently makes it very difficult for older member to use the points they are paying for by being exclusionary - my Mother isn't the only older person who complains about the difficulty in communication. She is being ****** of enjoying holidays she is literally paying for.

PNA Northgate - great store!
I bought some colour papers, but didn't manage to colour match exactly enough. They kindly refunded me with no hassle whatsoever. They have a lovely selection of papers as well as other art supplies, as well. A store I love to visit and shop at!

Refusal to sort out their own mistake
When making a purchase, I pressed the back button to add a tip, but the app read it as "Go" & used the wrong credit card - company card used the previous day. I immediately called and cancelled the order, explaining what happened, and that I had to use a different card. They said that a credit would be issued, and that I can request it to be refunded to my boss's card. I then re-ordered, using my own card details. BUT THEY USED THE CREDIT INSTEAD OF MY CARD!!! And now say there's nothing they can do.

Cancellation Policy terrible
I made a booking on Lekkeslaap for this week. Due to circumstances, we couldn't go. I cancelled the booking before the 14:00 deadline, but asked if it were possible to move the booking. They sent an email which I only received today saying moving the booking isn't possible. Now they say I didn't cancel timeously, so NO REFUND.

Good products, mediocre service
Item & price were good, but the delivery lead-time was quite long, and they don't communicate to let you know why your order is delayed.

Dr Walker Mobility Devices - awesome!
Had a foot op and was dreading the crutches when I discovered Dr Walker mobility device for rent. It's a s****** that you rest the injured leg on, and it's a game changer - moving around was so much easier than with crutches. Highly recommended!

Good, friendly service
