Recently get Fibre through Home Connect. Service is just... wow. Super easy, super fast, and actually care about their customers. If you are looking for a new ISP, these are the guys!
After purchasing a laptop from ttechsmart on Bobshop.co.za, as a gift for someone a month later, I was shocked to find the laptop crashing and rebooting every 5 min. When I rated the seller badly, they insulted me for not sending it back before the person opened it a month later. I would not likely purchase from BobShop.co.za or Ttechsmart soon. Had to replace parts to fix it, but was shocked that stickers where covering holes where there should be laptop casing.
Exceptional service all round, from the mobile app to the tracking of the item ordered, and delivering.
I got their 180GB LTE data package, which is capped. But yet I cant seem to get more that 10mb/s with full signal on my router set to 4G, but on average I only get 5mb/s. For a data package that should get max LTE speeds, this is shocking. I've tried the Sim in different devices and still the same result. Full signal but almost 3g speeds. I've contact their call centre and they start to assist, but cut the call off after 19min of unsuccessful resolutions. As far as ISP's go, I would never try Telkom again.

Stay away from Vox Telecom unless you want bad service. After phoning and emailing multiple times to get my LOS light (loss of Signal) issue resolved, only 2 weeks later they solved the no internet connectivity. Vumatel said "1.3km away" was the fibre break. After asking Vox to correct the bill for the month to match no Fibre connectivity for almost half the month. I was told "The service provided by Vox telecom is a best effort service." In summary you and I should expect this, while they hold thumbs this doesn't happen in the future. Vox best effort could mean paid, NO FIBRE SERVICE at all.

There was a delivery in my neighbourhood from RAM. I thought there was something wrong, because of all the hooting every 4 or 5 seconds for 2 min. Since this is a residential area, why cause such a commotion like there is something terrible happening. I understand deliveries need to be made, but why would RAM behave like that in a very quiet neighbourhood?
They are really at the moment, the best online ordering and delivery company in South Africa! Thanks Takealot for the exceptional service, of the many orders delivered to me, and one or 2 return items.
