Used to be an excellent survey and reward company but has been taken over. Android App has been deleted and all accounts are being terminated by their AI system for "********* behaviour" which is not being verified by a human. All hard earned points and coins are lost and email contact has stopped.

Would love an honest answer or a payout.
This app used to be great but since they had to "upgrade their system" last year they have not done payouts. I requested a payout in November 2023 which was rejected and then again in January but it stays pending. The replies from customer service are copied from their FAQs. Wish they would just be honest and say there's no money rather than waste everyone's time with the promise of paying out.

New BobShop an absolute ripoff for small time sellers
BidorBuy (now trading as BobShop) is an absolute ripoff for the common seller. Please be very careful when starting an account as their fees are calculated on your shipping as well. I had to withdraw all my stamp listing because I was actually going to be losing money by selling with them on their new terms & conditions. You are also expected to pay for the shipping before you can get the sales money transferred into your own account so be aware of that as well. They've restructured everything to accommodate big name sellers.

Unsolicited sms advertising
Playlive has recently started sending me unsolicited sms advertising which is illegal. There is no opt out option and surely with POPI they are not allowed to do this? They need to be fined!

Terrible wrapsta
Normally pretty average food but just got the worst wrapsta I have ever had. One slice of tomatoe, a splash of sauce and four little strips of wilted white lettuce.

Adult Clothing Sizes have shrunk.
Very mixed feelings about their Clothing stores at the moment. Their kids range (under 7yrs) is really great but their teens side is non-existent. Also, my hubby used to wear an XXL so I bought a couple of t-shirts and these are way tighter than his older ones from PnP Clothing. I also was very disappointed in the ladies sizing as I could buy tshirts from them before and now can't because their sizes are smaller.
