Worst delivery
Worst delivery, driver said he waited outside when the cctv clearly shows him arriving, turning around and leave without even stopping, then they dare to tell me that he was in "traffic"

Pathetic service delivery
Super poor service, we apllied for theur fibre connections and out of the 4 days we are with them we only had one day of inrernet usage. You keep being transferred from kne department to another and no one is willing to assist resolving the issue, we have had more problems in this 4 days being with them than any other servixe provider we have used thus far

NO VOUCHERS
Dont be fooled about getting vouchers when buying any computor rekated products from them. I have applied for the voucher as instructed when I purchased the item, needkess to say i stil dont have the voucher, Ive have logged complaints twice with them but they just simply ignore you. Customer service is lacking...

Mtn online upgrade application process - USELESS
Dont try the online upgrade paltform, mtn is of no help with regards to the apllication, customer services keeps transferring between departments and no one can be of any assistemce as to indicate the current status of the application, I have received an sms notification more than a week ago with no other communication whats so ever. One custimer care 'champion' as they call the people working in custoner services even put the phone down while I was on hold with her! Also they gave me an email address to send a request through only to find out that the email address is no longer in use, utter pior quality of service, I never had this issue with any of my upgrades!
