Since joining Auto & General all we have had was bad service. The sales person who sold the insurance to us Jermaine gave false promises and the company he recommended for the tracker Secure Drive is useless (their contact number keeps disconnecting. They installed the tracker and didn't supply a, installation certificate on time. Now Auto & General downgraded, my Vehicle Insurance to 3rd party, without notifying me and still took the full amount for Fully comprehensive business insurance. I requested a call back and am still waiting as try and get through to them is also a problem. I have emailed with no reply except a auto reply notification
Dez came to give us a quotation for frameless shower door and panel. He was on time for our appointment and everything from there went super smooth. From the Quotation that we received to the final installation was the best service and quality craftmanship that we have received. We would highly recommend Signature Designs the pricing is competitive and the service impeccable.
Foschini all Woman in Canal Walk definitely deserve a huge shoutout. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Abdul went above and beyond to assist us with sizes he went and got stock in the store room. The staff in the changing rooms offered to steam the pants, jacket and blouse. Nothing seems to be be a effort. The catchier were professional, the experience was smooth from entering to exiting.We were in most of the shops in Canal walk but Foschini were excellent. 100% for service standards on a Sunday afternoon. If customers should stop supporting your business, will your business succeed. After numerous visits at Riversdal Bali Trading what a horrible experience in the deli. The lady by the namr Sharon behind the cash register was extremely rude. A little common curtesy to paying customers would make her day alot better. The Chicken Pastries that was warmed up was still cold and she basically just through it on the counter not checking. She was full of attitude definitely not a place I would return to. Sad as other Bali Trading stores the staff is lovely and friendly. As a regular customer We would definitely not return.
What terrible customer service. After ordering a Bed & Mattress set and double door Fridge Freezer. Fully paid for KC at East Rand mall in Gauteng gave the most professional and excellent service. She receives a 10 out of 10. Regardless of the 0% service from Parklands House & Home. Contact was Patrick. He would lie and had a attitude. No skills, gives a false name. No communication to me as I'm the customer, I have made numerous attempts to contact Parklands House & Home with no Joy and now the manager Julian is trying to assist a little late for intervention from management. What is the issue when the sales assistant KC from Eastrand mall follows up and Parklands agrees that everything is ready for delivery to Melkbostrand. For the 1st of December 2023. Why do we pay a delivery fee if the store decides when they will deliver if they feel like it. Is my Business not good enough to receive customer service. I will never support a multi national company like House & Home ever again.
