Horrible Service!!! I ordered a pre-pwned iPhone 7 plus on Wednesday 23 April 2020 and the phone is still not delivered. I called the call center on Thursday 30 April 2020 and was informed that the phone is ready and awaiting collection by the courier, i was told it would be delivered on Tuesday 05 May 2020 and it is now 15:42pm and i still have have not recived my delivery nor a phone call advising where my phone is. I tried calling the call center and could not hold as i was number 40 on the line then i decided to go to he istore in clearwater mall, what a useless exercise as the store manager doesnt have any access to track my order & she didnt even know what the istore customer call center number was, i had to google is myself. All she could do was send an email and advise that i will recieve a call, which until now, nothing, no contact form istore.
Even a Snail is faster & More efficient than this useless company. We've been waiting 3 months for installation, whilst being told it takes 4 weeks for installation. Last excuse they gave was something about fiber upgrade in my complex, but the neighbor right next to my unit has installed & working fiber currently. I wonder what nonsensical excuse they will give in response to this.... Here is the order number to make it easier for you to come up with your stupid excuses VT-22 **********
Horribly slow services - been waiting over a month for fibre connection. The order confirmation email claims a 2 week turnaround time and it seems that they're slowness is the norm as I have neighbors who waited 2 months & more to be connected. The fibre is in the complex & all that's needed is connection. If anyone @ vumatel cares enough for their customers they can contact me on **********
I have been trying to get a adversr listing off my profile for the last month. There do no answer their call center calls, on many occasions i have been on hold for 5 - 10 minutes without any answer. I got a response on a email after 3 weeks and they required mt ID number, which I provided immidiatley but it has been almost 3 weeks with no futher response. Getting extremely frustrated with this nonsense company.
I received a parcel from Hong Kong, 2 weeks ago and the CBCU init detained my shipment for verification of value, they requested that I send them the proof of payment to the supplier which I did but I still don't have my shipment and they have not requested for any other document. When I follow up with the DHL agent they tell me that they have no feedback for me. This is highly unacceptable as i have done all they requested but my shipment is still being held back, I urgently need the goods for an event in 2 weeks time.<br> Waybill/ Tracking number 1054933773
Utterly Disgusted: SellDirect are not to be trusted,after they responded to my first hellopeter complaint they said someone will contact me shortly and its 5 days later and no one has contacted me. I called Telkom and they informed me that the device was activated on the 09 September 2015, without my consent as I requested selldirect not to activate this device becuase they changed their package offering to me(breach of contract). Telkom has informed me that they will debit my acount for the subscription and they will charge me for cancellation, which i refuse as I did not request this service in the first place. I am taking this matter to my lawyers and the consumer protection office.
A sell direct agent to sold a Huawei Wifi router on a 20 Gigs All Networks Data package for R399 per month. I agreed to the package and the device was sent to me. Upon recieving the device I called their office line several times for activation and there was no answer,I eventually got through to sell direct and they told me that they could not activate my sim card because Telkom had advised them to discontinue the package that they sold to me. Now they wanted to offer me a new package of 20 gigs Telkom Data, which I did not agree to and I informed the activations consultant that I agreed to buying the initial package because it offered \All Networks Data"and because they are now changing their offering to me I asked to have the order cancelled as this is breach of contract on their part. The consultant 'Tashreeq\"" asked me to send an email informing them about my intention to cancel the order and have the device collected by sell direct. I sent the cancellation email on 09 September 2015 to the email adress that Tashreeq gave me"

I am a first time DHL user, and I am horrified by the lack of urgency and delay with delivery of my shipment. I bought goods in china on the 04 of June 2015 put the goods with DHL china on the same day. I got a call from DHL SA on 06 June 2015 to say the goods had arrived in SA and they needed payment for the shipment. i was absolutely impressed by how fast the goods got to SA, but little did I know that the nightmare had just begun. I made payment for the shipment clearance on 11 June 2015 and a DHL agent emailed me that my shipment was stopped by customs for inspection,and they asked for further supporting documents like the invoices.my passport etc. i provided them with the required documents on the 12 June 2015. Today is exactly a week since i gave them the docs and made payment for the shipment and I still DONT have my parcel. I have been calling and emailing DHL customs agent, who keeps telling me that there is nothing she can do for me as there is a delay with customs and not on their side. She says the system shows that the parcel has been pysically inspected and the documents have been checked but there is no response about delivery.<br> What do I do DHL?
