I had an amount of R150000.00 removed from my bank account. I reported the matter to them in December last year but nothing absolutely nothing has come from it. The Ombudsman for the Bank is as useless as the Bank itself. I am a pensioner so the amount is critically important. I am planning to move away from Standard Bank as soon as possible. Be careful if you are a Standard Bank customer.
Dear DSTV your service is a dead end street with programs bein repeated over and over to the point I no longer make use os your service. Next, I will cancel my subscription for good.Can you afford such massive (R1000) losses?
I have been royal supporter of DSTV since their formation unfortunately their business conduct have become a scam like everything else in the country. I am pay almost a thousand Rand Month to watch the same programs being repeated over and over again. Whey then should I continue to be a subscriber of your business. Please provide me with a logical explanation as to why everything is repeated over and over.
Like all Government entities in the countries, Telkom is also collapsing and their service with it. I have been off line for more than a week and nothing is being done to deal with the problem. I am now left with only one option and that is to cancel my line with them. Pathetic service to say the least. Will inform them on Monday by letter.
My experience with MTN since I signed up for promotion made for home data package in Sept 2018 has been a nightmare. Wrong billing, wrong data, getting disconnected every end of the month yet get billed on time. The Cape Gate store with the exception of one employee Christopher is totally useless. I have been trying to cancel the contract without any luck. They simply ignore you. When my contracts expire in 2020 they will never see me again. And I thought Telkom was bad in terms of service. You deserve a rating of -100 MTN ( MultiMultipal Times No good)
I have been an mtn Client for more than 12 yeads and never had trouble wih my account. This unfortunately is as bad if not worste. I Bought a wifi cell packed in Sept 2018 because it appeared to be ideal for our needs. R399 per month and 20gig anytime data 20 gig nightime data . Whar you see is not always what you get. The first month I got a bill for R810. The bills i received were in the region of R 6oo + I soon discovred I was paying a promotion fee. So the R399 add in their yelloy magazine was simply a ploy. Moreover I also discovered that instead of the advertise monthly data of 20gig anytime D'ata i received only 15 gig of data. Sine I signed up for this 24 month My situation became even worse. The router stopped working it was handle in on 17 May for testing an repair. Since then I have heard nothing. This eventually forced me to buy another router. I was told it will take up to 48 hours to do the sim swap. So far 10h00 thursday morning, nothing happend. I will certainly no longer support the. Unpleasant experience with MTN on an promotion package for an internet router offering 15+5 daytime data and the same for night for R 399 per month. They only provide 15 gig data and the monthly bill is is not the anount of R399. It changes from month.It is the most croocked service I have ever accounted at the company in 12 years. The simply do not care about their customers. Once I have cancelled this service they will never see me as client. When our cell contracts expire net year we will never use their services again.
Can Pick n Pay please explain the more than 16% increase on its OLA Minty Pie frozen desserts. The price before the rip-off increase was 42.99. This just went up to 49.99 which is a price increase of more than 16%. So much for their \Great Prices Great Products\" and their price check add on DSTV. They should really take the trouble to see what their competitors charge for similar products and stop ripping of the public . "
