From start to finish, the service was absolutely 5-star. A special thank you to Johan Strydom and Sareza De Villiers for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile. They made the whole process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but Garden City Motors Bloemfontein truly delivers on that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a great vehicle-buying experience!

No one in Call Centre knows how to assist me
Over the weekend I went on to MTN online and added a new line to my existing contract. Yesterday morning the courier company phoned to confirm delivery details. I informed them that my handbag was ****** and that I only have a passport and not an ID. They said that I needed to speak to MTN, and that MTN must send them an instruction that it "OK" to deliver the device to me with my passport. Thats where it all went wrong.... I spent about 4:30 hours on the phone with MTN. Being transferred from one department to another. Later I started to speak to the same consultants over and over again, but no one was able to assist me. One lady in Customer care blatantly told me that its "NOT HER JOB". I am at wits end being sent from Pillar to post. I just need someone to assist me and inform the courier company that they may deliver my device. A Passport is a valid form of identification.

We were traumatized after the break in, but Victor kept us up to date all the time. Once we submitted all the required documents the claim was finalized within a couple of days. I truly appreciate his friendliness and assistance.

Mashudu Mtombeni assisted me in a claim process. I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received. She was professional and had had great knowledge. She made the while process effortless. It took only a day and a half from submitting my claim to finalising it. Yet again I have to say MiWay is the best
