How can you expect pensioners to use bank app? They were doing up and down from 09h00 am till 15h30 without having a lunch. It is unfortunate because only that branch offers in house service or maybe your service exclude pensioners? Let them so they can move their funds somewhere you better improve your services, please
On the 4th December 2023 I was recruited to do advertising on Facebook marketplace and product to be posted were sent to me. The agreement was to be paid in fortnight my goodness when time of payment arrives my contact got blocked. It is unfair to me after working hard using my data and this at the end!
There was a shipment from abroad which was couriered with Sky Express Delivery Service. It arrived on the 16th February 2023 until today I didn't receive my shipment even after all required payments made. Worst scenario is that the company never responded to my emails nor my complaints meaning is what they do *****ing and ****ming people. Where is my shipment because I didn't receive it? This company is based in the Miami USA.
I used to be a member for legal wise it happened I had a great problem with my neighbor who was damaging my stuff. I called Joburg branch and I was given an appointment to wait for a month while I have a problem in my hands. My turn arrived I went to the office the lady who attended me was so rude and I wondered at the service received. When they recruit are good but when comes to delivery it is something else.
Some years ago I took an investment policy with clientele, I was consistent with premium payment, my goodness in 6 years it was altered to dreadful diseases something I didn't sign up for. They disgust me even to see their advert from the TV. On the 7th year I decided to cancel it and I did,I don't recommend it for my family no.
Telkom data is affordable by a nightmare to use as it gets paused forever and even when we complain nobody cares to respond. Their service sucks, they have to improve their customer care not turn a blind eye on their complaints.
Last month of August, an amount of 5 million was sent to me from a business person so sars blocked that money sent me a message that I must deposit R6500 into my account for verification purposes but then I have been unemployed for very long time where to get that money immediately? So they forfeited my money and I have nothing for living. I feel abused and bullied by Sars. I am not a criminal it hurt me so much to sleep without food selfish reasons took my money.
Telkom data sucks as it is paused now and then irrespective of your bundle. Most of the time does inconvenience us. Telkom must improve this service we do like telkom but this pausing is not doing us good.
Why is that difficult to make a withdrawal at Shoprite Alex Plaza cashier's till? It is like something planned whereas we always do shopping there, please attend this issue. Cashiers are so slow it takes time to pay for your stuff.
Telkom data is so frustrating always pause now and then wondering what is happening with it. Telkom must attend this issue as soon as possible we as consumers inconvenience by this.
