Auto magic assigned Farber Coachworks Somerset West as the repairers to my vehicle after an insurance claim. After a couple of weeks. I was told to collect the car as they were done.... Immediately as I see my car, in plain sight, I can see there's paint flaked off where they 'repaired' the vehicle. So, there was no internal inspection on the repair work... They had not ordered the badge that was on my door either. So the manager promises that when the badge arrives, they will call me to come in and they will repair their shoddy work and put the badge on. That was over a month ago, I've never heard a word back from them, after sending multiple messages which were ignored by Wakita and Paul. I called The manager Paul, who tells me he saw my messages, but figured someone else would reply to me. My badge was never ordered, and they never intended on fixing their sub par repair work. I would attach pics if I could. Be wary of them.
I was canceling my warranty policy when I got a call from Gontse Matjeni, her professional manner and friendly attitude offered me a different option, and I signed up for comprehensive vehicle insurance at a saving to my current insurers.
Do not use this company, communication is terrible. Also once you pay off all your debt and request a clearance certificate from them, they will tell you that cannot give it because you have a car thats not paid off or house thats not paid off. This, even though those accounts were not part of the debt agreement with them. Very unscrupolous company.

Always get speedy and professional service from King Price. Especially from an consultant named Dawid Janse van Rensburg.
This is a scam, do not pay any money over to these thieves. They advertise Rent-to-Own and Installment take over deals. Once you pay a deposit they dissapear. Complete thieves and crooks. I dealt with a "Manny" and an "Amanda Parker". This is a scam, do not fall for it. rossrepocars@gmail.com
"EISH" is what I was told by the NMG administrator handling my Retirement fund payout! My request to withdraw my funds was received by NMG on 06/12/2017. NMG informed me it would take 6-8 weeks to payout. I called once a week from week 4 to follow up with the progress, and each week I was told that my money was withdrawn from the fund, and it was sitting with the administrator named Tshepo, who would apply for unit pricing before submitting it to SARS for deduction before payout would be processed to me. On Week 8, I call back to see if it was sent to SARS, the call center agent transfers me to Tshepo, who tells me 'EISH!" it is STILL waiting for unit pricing and has not been sent to SARS. I asked him how long it takes for unit pricing, he informs me 2 days! I ask him why it has been 2 WEEKS then? His response is "Eish". If you are considering using NMG to manage your funds.....DONT! Dont make promises to clients about 6-8 weeks when you have incompetent administrators who cant keep to those promises.

I took my Renault Clio to Renault/Nissan woodmead for a service on 06/04/2017. I got called to say my car was ready and that they would send a car to collect me from work. When I arrived at Renault, the service assistant tells me that he'll collect my car and he'll pull it up front. He comes back 10 mins later to say they just busy with the vacuum. Because I was in a rush, I tell him to bring it anyway. He pulls the car to the front, and it wasn't washed, wiped down or anything. He jumps out the car says goodbye and leaves.

When I jumped in my car to leave, I noticed a large crack on my windshield, I then enquired what happened, and the woman in the services department tries to tell me that it was there already when I dropped the car off. We argue for a little bit, before she pulls out a 'pre-check form' with a mark by the windshield....Firstly, there was no pre-check done when I dropped the car off, secondly, I know there was no crack on my windshield, especially not such a large and noticeable one.

After I start getting upset, she goes to her manager who says to her that I must I claim with my insurance to get it repaired, and they will pay my excess. So now I must dealwith higher premiums etc.

I wont be taking my car there again.
