Bad bad bad service, they let us sleep in the middle of no where in the middle of no where from 19:30 and till 06:44 in the morning there is no change. We are no water no food and yet they are sleeping comfortably in their homes. I will never use your services again
I have had enough really, I will stop using aramex services I have been waiting for a payment link over two weeks taken from pillar to post with no response. You should really stop international parcels because its a joke other courier companies you don’t have to go through this hell. I call each and everyday but I am still without an invoice its ridiculous its embarrassing.
Can Someone help on where to report fedex for their poor service, I really cannot take this anymore. They only respond to emails when you write something on hello peter. they don't care about customers and that they are destroying people's businesses. I regret with my all using fedex I wont make that mistake again and will make sure everyone I know never uses them.
This is my third review and guess what there are still no answers, with regards to my parcel I sent the proof of goods a long time ago, and there is still no feedback from Fedex I regret why I had to use your services. I Do not recommend anyone to use fedex. I hope they lose a lot of customers like me, and maybe it will make them reflect on what poor services they are rendering to people.
I have waited and waited for a response Fedex nothing till now why do you comment and reply saying someone else will contact us when they don’t. I am very frustrated with my parcel being forever stuck in customs
Poor services I recieved a mail saying that customs requires more documentation I sent this documentation on the 12th of August. I am still waiting for my things to be cleared. Why are we paying such high prices for express delivery if customs is gonna take their time. I am unhappy you are making us unreliable business people. I will never use it again. Fedex always disappoints
I am so disappointed in DHL I paid so much money to ensure that I get the parcel in time else could have chosen other courier services which are cheaper. I am always using DHL for my business and personal items but this time I am really so angry because I need to leave town today. My parcel has been sitting with customs from Monday, I had to continuously call until they told me they need a few items from me and had to call a million times to get the email. I called in again and sent an email but still no response. Why are we paying so much if the service is not express what am I going to do because I am only coming back next year. I will never use DHL again.
I would like to to thank Fedex for listening to their customers and ensuring that they deliver. They do deliver efficiently so. They addressed my issues fast and speedily. Thank you FedEx team
I Paid for express shipping but, my parcel is still with customs, I don’t understand how FedEx works really its frustrating for my business that I have to wait this long and there is no progress in the matter.
