I would like to sing praises to Santam, after a tragic incident my house almost burnt down, they made the claim smooth and easy, they came through in the time of Need. The assessor Caudine Khumalo was very respectful and professional throughout the process. In Zulu we say izandla zedlula ikhanda, thank you once again Santam n Keep up the good work.
I'm so disappointed with Santam, my gate broke down on Friday n it was reported to the insurance. They gave me a claim no 301508830 handled by Roxy Claasen. Today I was told my claim is cancelled because the insurance doesn't cover wear and tear. Maybe I don't understand wear and tear, as far as I understand it supposed to be something that falls under your normal maintenance but my gate motor it is a mechanical failure, inside the motor the gears are worn out however they're well greased. it is so disappointing that we have to always fight for everything even when we are in need of the insurance to give us a relief.
I'm so ****ed off with this Medical aid, the embarrassment I had when I was trying to get medication for my daughter and I was told about stupid limit, how can they reduce over the counter limit without informing us as members. Lame excuse about ***** of which they're supposed to be investigating, I'm definitely gonna be changing this medical aid.
I had just received a call from Outsurance by Marlie Bezuidenhout, she was very rude. On Friday last week I did a quote for my VW Polo tsi, they told me if they can't beat my current insurance they'll pay me R500. They couldn't beat Santam and asked me to send some documents of which I did send them through. She responded with an email stating that they're not going to pay me because I accepted the quote, I did not accept the quote and I'm not even sure what was she's talking about. She didn't even call me to find out exactly what happened before she could conclude. I responded to her email asking her to call me that's where she started being so rude saying that they're doing me a favour to pay me, how is it a favour when they're the ones who couldn't keep their promise. I'm considering cancelling the insurance that I took for my other car.
I've been trying to close my RCS account since the 5th of April till today it's still not closed. I requested settlement amount on the 5th of April 2025, and payed off all of it on the same day. One week later I called their call centre to check if the account is closed but to my surprise the account was still not closed. I was told RCS owes me R100 and requested my bank statement so the can deposit it back to my account, I gave them all the documents they requested. Few day's later I received another sms saying they owe me R170, I called their call centre once more to find out about that of which they said yes they owe me R170 they'll deposit all of it at the same time and closed the account. Few weeks later I received messages saying my account is blocked and another one saying the account has been re opened. I called their call centre and I was told the account is still active and this time around I owe them n I need to send emails to their policy department and tell them to reverse the money and closed the account, I sent the emails last week but till date the account is still not closed. I honestly don't know what to do with this account.
Wrote on hello peter but they didn't even bother to respond, I won't even think twice about buying at Game, very poor level of service.
I bought 3 Gas stove at Game in Gateway, upon pick up I noticed that one of the stoves the box was open, I immediately brought it to their attention, I wrote it down and asked them to make a copy of that. They told me not to worry if there's anything wrong I can bring it back and get my money back or another one. Upon installation they found that one of the plates doesn't come on, on the same stove that was found open.I took it back to Game at Gateway, they refused to exchange it and told me that they will send someone to inspect it on Friday 2024/10/18 before they can make a decision. The stove was never used it was only installed and we found that it's faulty. They verified the COC for the installer and found to be legit so now all these delays are causing inconvenience to me, I am already loosing money hence I'm waiting for this stove to be replaced.
I'm very disappointed with ADT for the 3rd time they failed to find a phara that keeps *****ing in my house, they didn't even give me a feedback, if I called the call center I'm getting an arrogant response not showing any sympathy
I've had such a very poor service from RSAWEB, ever since I've upgraded my speed of which I have never achieved. They billed me for the service that they're not giving me, there's an open ticket of which it doesn't look like anyone is attending it, they opened ticket number 3151037 on the 17th of July till this date nobody has tried to resolve this problem.
I'm really disappointed with RSAWEB, last week on the 2nd of July, I app**** for a speed upgrade from 25mb/s to 250mb/s they arranged to change my router and I called and asked if there's a technician that will come and do settings but the answer was no, I was told it's a plug and play, once I connect the new router the speed will go up, first few days the speed was good but from the beginning of this week my speed went back to 25mb/s, I don't know what to do anymore I've been calling their customer service but it doesn't look like they know what they're doing, I'm really disappointed with RSAWEB
