Please be careful, bought a table, came with a broken glass, asked to replace, they said no, asked for a refund, they said no, now have to take legal action. Please be careful.
Day light Robbery! This has been by far the worst experience ever buying a car from Koos and Mike used cars. Koos also told me that my review will not make a difference, I have faith that justice will be prevalent and these dealerships cannot take advantage of consumers. I was called all the time and responded to all the time before I bought a car,after I bought a car I was ignored by Marius. I was promised a full tank of fuel on delivery when discussed on purchasing the car,then on delivery I was told that I would only get a full tank of fuel if I give good review on Hello Peter, this was told to Marius from his uncle Koos. The dealership then added 10k extra on the vehicle to service the vehicle and sort out scratches on the mags and bumps on the body which i received a total costing 9.5k, yet the car still came with a scratches on the mags, part of the grill falling, missing floor mat. I believe in my opinion that this is robbery, I had to even pay for the valet, you can’t make a client pay for all of this,it's robbery, please becareful when buying a car from Koos and Mike. This is the worst experience that I've had buying a car. Please don't be mislead.And to add to this I paid for the buckled rims to be fixed but this was never done and the tyres are expired, there's also a bubble on the tyre which could have caused major injury, if they can lie about this what about the cam belt and rollers which I also paid extra for, the noise at the back of the car was never sorted out still can hear a noise from the engine. Please also becareful when taking finance with the bank as the banks have very good relationships with this dealerships. This is only after 2 weeks after having the car and then experiencing all of these issues. Next step Ombudsman.

Worst service ever received, they try to manipulate clients. The insurance company and the finance bank advised that they are overcharging, and the worst part is even after overcharging for the vehicle, they tried to add extra onto the finance application from the original quote. The customer service was the worst that I've experienced!
I placed an order on the 2/12/15 and after many phone calls and waiting i receive my package on the 7/12/15 and GUESS WHAT? one of the items i ordered was missing! I spoke to Elsa(so called manager) on the 7/12/15 and she promised that she will get back to me the soonest and i am still waiting after i called for her 4x already and everytime she is busy on the phone which i than hold for 20min than still i dont speak to her or she is not at her desk. No matter how big sale CNA has again i will never shop there again, i shop online all the time and i never had this problem, i must say that the TFG group is way better no issues! No wonder the EDCON group is becoming bankrupt. I just spoke to DAwn Wing the courier company and CNA has not even escalated this issue to them, they are doing nothing! They just dont care!
I have received the worst experience in my life from Kia Randburg, no dealership that I have ever dealt with has been so unprofessional. Pathetic service. I am turned off from KIA for good.<br> <br> After I sent numerous emails to Robert asking him on a quote for my instalments after I get approved he advised that he was out with a client yet after I requested the quote via email he can reply to my email asking why I want the quote via email which I replied that I was in a meeting and I could not talk than Robert accused me of wanting a quote so I could send to KIA Virtual!! First I am not kept informed and than I am accused of sending a quote to Kia virtual. I wanted to give them business to purchase 2x brand new cars! I guess my business is not worth much, yet KiA as a brand prides itself on customer service and boosts about reaching over a 80% satisfaction rate, I say it nonsense and I will not buy a KIA ever because of this horrendous experience. THANKS BUT NO THANKS kIA RANDBURG!!!
I am outraged with city power.<br> <br> I do not have power from the 22/07/15 at 15.00 because someone decided to cut my power, whose account is up to date and the person account that is not up to date still has power.<br> <br> I called 6 x and in the end I am told I have to wait 72 hours for reconnection and pay a reconnection fee!!!!<br> <br> How is it my fault when city power made a mistake???<br> <br> Now my 9 month old child has to suffer???<br> <br> This is pathetic!!!! <br> <br> I pay my account before time every month and most of the time I pay extra and this is how I get treated even after using my personal phone for a total of three hours calling in, who is going to pay my bill of R600 for calling city power?? I had to call CITY POWER for their mistake and now I am paying for my cell phone bill and I am paying CITY Power every month with no default for WHAT??? So that I have NO POWER??
