Suspension not uplifted even after making payment using their website to make payment using my bank card. It has been 24 hours now and still suspended !
So , Santam have a link on Takealot that states that they will give people a R500 Takealot voucher if they can not beat what they're currently paying so since I am currently looking for a cheaper insurer anyway I gave it a click and entered my details. You customer service agent called she did the quote for me and it was almost R400 more than what I am currently paying plus your quote came with an excess which I currently do not have excess with my current insurer . At the end of the call she said her manager will call me regarding my voucher but till now, I haven’t received any calls 🤷🏽♀️ Honestly, there is no need for the false advertising they are doing because we're always looking for "better or cheaper" insurers as I am currently doing at the moment and this does not look good from a potential customer view.
THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES TO RUDE DELIVERY GUYS . SAW A MISSED CALL 2 MINUTES LATER I CALLED BACK AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ARE IN THE NEXT BUILDING AND CAN NOT COME BACK TO LEAVE MINE AND WHEN ASKED WHY IT WAS NOT LEFT TO OUR SECURITY BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS TAKE ON OUR BEHALF AFTER VERIFYING THAT WE WORK HERE, I MEAN LIKE HE IS IN THE NEXT BUILDING TO MINE AND BASICALLY HE DOES NOT CARE EVEN IF I CALL THE CALL CENTRE AND COMPLAIN. I GUESS THEY KNOW THAT THEY CAN NOT DO S**T TO THEM , HONESTLY I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE STORES ARE STILL USING RAM BECAUSE THEY HAVE HORIBLE HORIBLE SERVICE!
FNB Insurence ,I’m not really sure now on what to do regarding my car being repaired and already by Monday I won’t have a car to go to work and drop of my child to school . Claim was registered the same day the accident happened on the 4th August 2023 and yet your assessors are still going back and forth regarding these repairs without any care how much this will be of an inconvenience to me . Is this how the insurance should work after months ,years of paying over a thousand rands every month without failure ??? I cannot go to work My child will end up missing school This month , irrespective of the fact that I do not have my car I still had to pay my car instalment AND the insurance that currently is not helping ……………..how is that fair on my side , I thought the role of the insurance is to serve as a safeguard for my financial well-being and my vehicle in case of accidents, theft, or other incidents beyond my control!!!!! Now I’m finding myself in the mercy of the insurer that takes their own sweet time to have this resolved as soon a possible to be able to eliminate emotional and financial stress .Can you please provide with the channels to follow to log a formal complaint??? I’m tired of working my ass off trying to have my affairs in order while your insurance company is failing me and failing in what it’s supposed to stand for or serve it’s purpose. Countless back and forth emails sent for the past 3 weeks and this one being the forth …………….I AM TIRED!!!! I have an insurence with FNB and the useless people they outsource , I have no dealings with them and FNB must see how to resolve this , the reason for people to have Comprehensive insurence covers is to give us peace of mind AND not what they’re putting me through now.
Sanlam sky cancelled my monthly funeral policy premium deduction after +- 13 years which was done via my salary payroll without my knowledge and all of a sudden , they say my policy is in arrears and I emailed them on Friday but till today no one has come back to me!!!! In all these years never even claimed from it ,I just want my premiums back and I will look somewhere else. 😤
FNB Ebucks department online service is horrible!!!! The will keep you waiting with a message that you are number 1 in the queue and when they eventually attend to you they just not useful!!!! For over 2 months now I have been filling up at Engen and paying using my visual card to pay BUT I never get the advertised cash back….. is this a scam or what ????
For the past week I have been calling FNB eBucks section trying to find out if I do qualify for their R2 back fuel promotion if I pay using my FNB scan and pay and surprisingly I am always left hanging until I decide to cut the call because all the consultant will ask you to hold while they are finding out! Like seriously no one there knows the answer to this question I have !! Today I decided to address this using my FNB app and I was directed to eBucks help desk that said "Bankers are currently occupied ,I am number 1 in the queue at exactly 15:15 pm and now it's 15:32 and no one has bothered to assist.
Worse medical aid ever!! Was very content with Hosmed for past 14 years but after the amalgamation with Sizwe and their incompetent Administrator 3sixthy everything just went downhill !!! Claims not paid if they are paid they short pay and members having to pay the shortfall 😤 Basically no need to pay lots of money for a Medical aid that ends up not helping you …. just glad that Majority of the Ethekwini Municipal workers have taken a decision to pack up and leave come November 2022 ! Some people have outstanding claims that they have not paid since last year! Since they have decided to pocket people’s money and not pay claims and don’t even bother responding to complaints , the only solution we have all agreed on is to move to other Medical schemes.
I made a payment from my FNB account on the 17 October 2021 to my Capitec account and opted for pay and clear , however the funds was not paid & cleared to the Capitec account and I was also charged R45 for this transaction and the funds have not been received on the Capitec account up until today . I lodged a formal complaint and tried to have the matter resolved via FNB app chat and the consultants kept putting me through to different people to keep explaining the same story and even asked to attach a Capitec bank statement by one of them but nothing was resolved and the last person I spoke to said that payment was “paid” to Capitec and Cleared and I have to query with Capitec .I contacted Capitec and they have confirmed that there were no funds received . I received a call from a lady called Shiska (not sure of the name but surname Gavender) from Digital banking to advise that they did have a problem but still investigating . But now I’m not getting any progress feedback and I don’t understand why if they know they had a problem they are not rectifying it and correct my account and keep inconveniencing me by having to run after them while my money disappeared from their banking system NOW I am supposed to wait while they investigate what!???
I ordered online on the 8th June 2021 on the Mt price app the money was deducted but there was no order made. I called them on the 9th June and spoke to Zamaswazi and she said I must email the proof of payment and I did but I got no reply! On the 10 called and spoke to Mfundo and he said Zamaswazi was busy and couldn’t take the call and he advised that I can reply to the same message and ask for an update and she was going to reply which I did and again she did not bother replying. Today 14th at 13:30 called AGAIN and spoke to Sindisiwe and I asked to speak to someone senior and she put me on hold and after some time she told me that Noxolo Nene was busy with another call and she will be calling me back which that call still has not happened. I need my money back if these people and their incompetent staff are not prepared to assist me ! After 3 calls made during my employer’s time nobody can assist its just sickening because when you ask questions they also giving you attitude.
