Although we love the quality and taste of Cielo our chairs took more than 3 months to arrive fter paying deposits which was a lot longer than anticipated. Most items in store are show room items it seems so it is a bit off putting. If you are happy to wait that long then go ahead.
I used their service for the full term of the original contract. The contract was then cancelled at the end of the period by me. Webafrica failed to 1. cancel my monthly subscription and 2. continued to bill me every month despite my attempts to contact them!! You can call and email but you get a run around. It seems they are purely as sales & collections company. (no admin in the middle) They turned a happy customer into an angry ex-customer. I could not get through to their company for accounts and emails for this type of request are not dealt with. Then several months they will call to collect on your 'unpaid bills' They then wish to hide behind their T&C's to avoid responsibility despite several attempts from my side to cancel. Billed my card 3 x incorrectly despite me extensive attempts to call, email and email. WILL NEVER EVER USE AGAIN! Seriously dodgy tactics being deployed it seems.
Little to zero after sales service. I cancelled more than 2 months ago but you keep billing me. I call, email and use your whatsapp feature - NO REPLIES. Is this simply a marketing company? I've just moved and was asking if I can switch across to new address but instead all I want now is my money back. You owe me 2 months of debits.
Excellent service from the managers who are kind and considerate and the lodge will give a discount if you are staying for long which is really helpful especially with work projects on the go.
This business is scam and do not refund you all your money. I had to cancel the service before renting a car and they would not return all my funds back to me. This is a total SHAM, not listed in South Africa and operate under their own rules. DO NOT USE THEM go direct to car hire company rather
