Terrible Service. One waiter, over 2hour wait for food. Terrible portions. Horrible food. The worst experience by far
We had purchased two king steer meals- the patties were under done. It was about 20:30. When we complained, they said they couldnt replace our food as they were closed. This is unacceptable. What are the trading hours of Steers Norwood. Ive just had the biggest fight with your cashier as well as your Delivery man. The Delivery man even said that they will never serve customers who think they are white, thinking I dont understand what he is saying.
we came into your store for dinner.<br> <br> My husband explained to the waiter that he has ulcers and that he just wants bbq sauce on his ribs and wings.<br> <br> To our suprise, the waiter brought spicy wings to us - twice.<br> <br> We ended up sending the food, paying the bill and then we left.<br> <br> this was our first bad experience at Doppio Zero.
I LOGGED A COMPLAINT ABOUT FOOD POISONING TO QUEEN OF THE NILE ON 19 JULY 2015 - I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK AS 3 OUT OF 5 OF US SUFFERED FOOD POISONING.<br> <br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, AS NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO US WITH REGARDS TO OUR COMPLAINT.<br> <br> WE HAVE PHONED IN AND SPOKEN TO VARIOUS MANAGERS WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS
I ordered a spicy rice with extra pineapple and feta. I had also ordered a full pack meal but that was fine.<br> <br> To my suprise - the feta was yellow (proving that it was stale) and the rice smelt off.<br> <br> I tried calling the store to no avail. Please see to this issue - it is unaceptable.<br> <br> I could not turn back as I was far from the store and only go into the area once a week on saturdays.
MY FAMILY WENT OUT TO QUEEN OF THE NILE IN ORDER TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY.<br> SADLY, THREE OF US GOT POISONED BY THE FOOD. TWO OF US WENT TO DOCTORS WHICH CONFIRMED IT SO - AND ONE HAD A TERRIBLE RUNNING STOMACH FOR THREE DAYS. THIS TOTALLY RUINED MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION - I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I PHONED AND FILED A COMPLAINT AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK.
On Sunday 25 January 2015- i was at Mikes kitchen rosebank. I was served by a waiter called Sfiso. The food that we were served was stale (especially the Lamb shank) and a manager named Emmarentia came and gave us bad attitude and implied that we wanted a free meal anyway as she was speaking to two other managers about us in Zulu and she didnt know that I could understand what she was saying. There was no electricity, and it took the managers 30min to provide candlelight, and they could replace our food because of the power outage. Emmarentia went on to say that she doesnt care if we reported her because I had confronted her about what she was saying in zulu. When we returned the food, nobody came back to tell us what was going on with it. Please follow up on this matter
