I lost my reward card and when I try to do card replacement I couldn't get the OTP on the registered number and I also tried to call 0310013390 it does not go through their service is not up to standard
I had a internet contract with them and now the contract has expired the router is still locked and it was not mentioned when I took the contract with them. It is unfair to me because It should have been my router at the end of of the term I previously had a contract with other services provider and at the end of of the contract the router was mine and I used it with any service provider that i wanted to. Multichoice is taking us for a ride by refusing to unlock my router.
I was trying to transfer data via WhatsApp and tobi said I do not have enough data to transfer whereas i have enough data to transfer within 25 days before the expiry as it says on whatsapp Bundles with 7 and 14 days validity can only be transferred within 3 days before expiry.

My vehicle caught fire while driving and I tried to claim from the insurer but it was disapproved they said it is not natural fire and was not fully explained what is the meaning of natural fire. The consultants who sold me the policy explained everything like strikes natural disasters but did not fully explain natural fire now it seems as if i am at fault whereas the consultant convinced me that it is a comprehensive cover that is very important and as I am not good in English i was convinced to take that policy. I have have reported malfunctioning prepaid meter several times and when I make follow up I have been told a technician will be sent to investigate many times but no one is coming to investigate and fix the problem Ref no 433681451
On Monday 04 November I went to several Pep stores in makhado/Louitrichadt I wanted to buy anthem tws ear buds which were advertised for R99.00 but on all the stores there didn't have and when I ask why do advertise products they do not have I was told it is upon instruction from higher authorities I feel it is wrong to advertise stuff you do not have in your store
It seems as if technicians from multichoice are *********** with their work i am tired of calling them and sending emails nothing happened to my router it keeps on locking everyday and they want to penalize me for cancelation of my contact whilst it is their fault for not updating my information mxm 😒 😑 🙄
