I recently upgraded with Vodacom, and they sent my delivery out with Skynet. The courier arrived and refused to get out of his vehicle, I gave him my documents required, and he then said no he needs copies. While I went inside the office to make copies for him, he left and took my paperwork with him, and the parcel. So he stole my delivery, and has all my documents, luckily I didn't sign for anything, so not sure what to do now apart from opening a ******** investigation on Skynet.
I recently wrote a review about Kids Emporium, sharing my bad experiencing about an order that was not being delivered to me. i expressed my disgust with their bad service, as it is difficult to get hold of them on most platforms. they responded to me on Instagram eventually. in the weeks that followed i received very conflicting feedback from them with regards to the status of my order, eventually my order reflected as completed online along with a link to a courier company, with no info captured against the waybill that just stayed like that for days. In the end i contacted the courier myself, just to find out that they had not received any parcel for shipment at all and that i must contact the supplier. i was left very upset and with no indication on what will happen to my order that i paid for as Kids Emporium now changed their feedback between "it will be delivered today-or it is on back order". Hence i decided to share my experience publicly. My order has since been delivered to me, i believe only due to my public reviews assisting me in this. i am now being spammed by phone calls and intimidating like messages from a now male owner at Kids Emporium requesting me to remove my online reviews and within a time frame. also with offensive comments aiming at the fact that i must have posted the review due to being in the final stages of pregnancy.. I decided to edit my review accordingly, as i have since received my order, but believe that i am well within my rights to express my online shopping experiences publicly and will therefore not remove this feedback as requested by the owner of Kids Emporium, they should have treated a customer better in the first place and then bad reviews wont take place at all, they should also refrain from using a male presence to intimidate female shoppers with messages and phone calls.
I am completely disgusted with this place, i placed an order a couple of weeks ago, still no delivery, and the staff dont respond on email or whatsapp, also dont answer phone calls. they now respond on instagram, however with nonsense feedback saying my delivery will be received today, or the next day, then when you phone the courier they have received nothing to deliver!!! then suddenly the item is on back order again. omg!!! worst, these people are serious con artists and i would never use them in my life, and hope that no one ever makes the mistake of ordering from them!!
I checked my order online today and it reflected as delivered and signed by me,when I received nothing and signed for nothing. I struggled to try and get this issue resolved all day,just to find out that the driver delivered my order to another house,and lied and said that I signed for it. I had to walk to my neighbours to try and resolve the issue,I found the driver in front of their gate hooting,with a very upset neighbour stating that his wife has covid and they are being bothered with this issue. I did not want to accept the package anymore as the package was contaminated. This caused a huge fight with the neighbours and should not have happened.takealot should account for this and refund me,this is the second time a package was delivered to someone else and said I signed for it when I didn't.
I placed an order on the app,and the order was never accepted or declined,but the money went off of my account and I never received the food,it doesn't show up on my orders and there is no way of contacting anyone to help me,I used this app so much I cant believe they can do this.i will never use Mr delivery again or takealot,and I will make sure friends and family know not to use them either
I recently purchased a LG G4 mobile phone from Orange SA, the stock came from their European warehouse and i got my phone within 5 working days incl ordering date.the estimate date was 8 days so im very happy. the price was extremely good, cheapest i could find, and the service is great. Fedex also delivered early and quickly. i did not pay for courier service, i did not pay for customs charges and i received my delivery in order. the phone is also already unlocked to SA network.<br> i would definitely use Orange again when purchasing a mobile phone:) <br> <br> <br>
