We have tried to cancel our tracker cover with Matrix since the beginning of the year. Emailed every single email address, spent hours on the phone. Yet still being charged and this is impacting my credit score as a result of me constantly having to reverse debit orders. I received emails asking for money but no one ever gets back to me about the cancellation I gave notice for. Quick to tie people in and there is no way out. Daylight ******* which has affected my personal credit score. I will never recommend this company and would like someone to actually accept the cancellation and acknowledge it and stop harassing and charging for something that I've cancelled months ago.
I purchased a bottle of Lipton Ice Tea which is currently on special at Pick n Pay. It took nearly 40 mins to try and open the bottle. We tried, my husband tried, we cut the tab around the lid area hoping that would help and even ran the bottle under hot water. What concerns me is I bought this ice tea for my grandmother and she couldn't open it on Saturday when it was purchased, we had to go to her house yesterday and it took 40 mins to try and open the bottle. I really think that this needs to be looked into because its not right that these bottles are not easy to open and if it weren't for us visiting my gran she wouldn't be able to drink her ice tea. Like I said a grown man could not open this bottle. we used a knife and battled for quite some time.

I booked a table for Friday evening for my fiancé's birthday. the reservation was made for 19h30, we arrived at Tribes at 19h20. We told the lady we booked a table which she took us through to, when we got to our table she said someone else had taken our table, she then took us to the bar area and told us to wait for her to organise a new table which I think is horrific seeing that it was my fiancé's birthday and I booked a table now we had to wait for a table it defeats the point of making a booking, after sitting and waiting for 15 mins we then got taken upstairs to a squashed little two seater table, I then noticed everyone was being served a basket with fresh bread rolls which we never got served, our food was average and my overall experience was very disappointing. I don't feel like we were treated properly seeing that it was a birthday dinner. All the waiting and having our table taken by someone else really upset us. The birthday dinner we so looked forward to ending up being the worst experience.
<p>I am so tired of phoning Vodacom on a daily basis for money that is due to me, I have laid countless complaints on HelloPeter as well as phone calls made to Vodacom and Cellsure. Cellsure have made it clear that they have refunded my money into my Vodacom account. When I cal Vodacom they are always telling me that they have raised it and have sent the query to the relevant department. I Then spoke to a lady who said it would take 72 hours to be credited into my bank account. Its now nearly two weeks that have passed and still no money. Then I called Vodacom last week and they tell me the call has been closed and they will re-open it. Today I called again asking where my money is and sat on the phone for nearly 20 minutes getting transfered from department to department. I AM SO DONE WITH VODACOM! Everyone agrees with me that Vodacom have been terrible lately with overcharging and having poor service. If I dont get my refund before the end of this week I am going into a Vodacom store and I will demand that my contract gets cancelled and will make sure everyone I know doesnt support Vodacom anymore. This is pathetic, my money gets taken without my consent and then I must sit and phone every day for it to be refunded and also suffer the loss of money which has affected my budget. I am DONE!</p>

I was not only over charged for my cellphone, I was also charged for insurance with Cellsure who I never even gave any consent to insure my phone. Now I have called Cellsure for a refund, they have apparently credited my Vodacom account, I called Vodacom to take the credit and transfer it into my bank account and was told it would be done in 72 hours (this was last week Monday 6th of March). It is now the 13th, I still dont have my money. This is becoming the most frustrating exercise ever. Now every month I must fight with Vodacom for MY MONEY that they debit and over charge me for and get told a thousand stories and get given endless reference numbers and yet the problem still persists. I am honestly done with Vodacom and Cellsure. This is pathetic service and is becoming too much admin for me.</p>
<p>I cancelled my cellphone insurance for my Samsung S5 last year and received an sms to confirm it was cancelled. I then got an upgrade in October last year and stayed that I didn't want insurance and it is now February and I have been charged since last year November for insurance without any authorisation or signing power from myself. I called this morning to find out that I must cancel my insurance again. I want my money refunded today! This is theft. You cannot debit someone's account wi thout authority to do so. This is disgusting service. </p>
<p>So I get overcharged firstly for extra data which I never requested or approved, then get signed up to cellsure insurance for my phone to be covered which i never agreed to nor did i sign any documentation to agree to this, and I have been double charged my monthly subscription fee. I called two weeks ago and got told that my money would be refunded to me in 7 working days. Its now over that time frame and yet I am the one who has to take the inconvenience because you took my money which I now have to phone and fight for every day. This is pathetic service and I am disgusted in how poorly this has been dealt with!</p>
I purchased a Cadburys slab from the Engen on Andries Pretorious road in Edenvale. The chocolate had already expired but was still on the shelf for customers to purchase. Unfortunately I don't always check the dates as I believe that everything sold should be edible and fresh. I'm disgusted and annoyed that I wasted my money.
I have migrated my contract from a Smart M to a Smart X'S which I received email notification to confirm the migration would be in effect from 31/08/2015. I noticed at the end of September that I was still getting billed the same amount which should of been less because of migration. Once again for the second month I am now being billed the same amount for the higher package which I migrated from to a lower package as I couldn't afford the amount anymore. I called three times between then and now and spoke to numerous people who confirmed the migration was active yet I am still being charged the higher amount. This has now resulted in me being stuck in financial situations. I honestly want to cancel my contract because this is costing me money that I don't have even after changing my contact so that I could afford it. So frustrated and annoyed with Vodacom.
