The most unprofessional panelbeaters I had to deal with. Lie about waiting for parts yet Audi confirmed all parts were delivered, when you confront them with facts, they ignore your calls because they have identity calls and never return your calls or messages. 3 months without a car now.
LL-QTIYBP waybill refers. A parcel that's was collected last week Thursday from Pretoria to Rustenburg mall has not been delivered. The cover up is a sad state of affairs, the frustration is on another level and they love to handle your package. I guess you get what you pay for.

Good morning, I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent damages to packages I have sent using your services, specifically Lock05367980 and Lock05232100. Despite my efforts to securely package the items, including Perfumes, and clearly labeling them as fragile, my customers have unfortunately received damaged parcels. I have brought this issue to your attention on multiple occasions, but it appears that the problem persists. I understand that Pudo may not be directly responsible for the negligence of individual workers, but as a street vendor relying on your services, these damages have significantly impacted my business. Customers have requested refunds, and I am disappointed that the level of care provided does not align with your company's motto of "loving to handle my package." It seems that the courier service is not handling packages with the utmost care, and the volume of business you currently manage may be affecting the attention given to smaller clients like myself. I am concerned that despite paying for delivery in full, the service I have received has been subpar. The damages to my packages have caused financial losses and reputational damage to my business.
Justine Broodryk and her team leased my property (310 Maker) to a tenant and only paid me one months rent and refuses to pay me for the other two months. She now ignores all attempts of communication with me. They are not to be trusted at all.

Took my Keyboard for a service at their centurion branch, took longer than quoted and still came back not fixed 100%....Complained to everyone but still they refuse to take ownership......Disgusted
