I took the offer on facebook for R35 for mistery box they 1st took the R35 then R41 and today 15June R199, they **** me now i need to transfer my money to my daughter and open n new account dont know how much they want to steel more, will never order from Temu Cornelia Nolan
I apply for the loan they approved it, then the debi check came and i accept but no money in that acc so they declined it. Ask to reapply again, please stay away from them.
They **** me out of R4000 after i try for a loan from them the use 3 different accounts for me to transfer money and all Capitec acc with persons name on it . 1st was because of i left 1 number out on my acc number they needed R1000 to fixed it. Then something went wrong and i needed to pay another R1900, then they needed R2000 for a OTP number still no loan they needef another R2000. All in to different peoples acc from capitec, no the gost me and refuse to refund my money. I have all the proof of pmnt and acc numbers. Can u help. Regards Cornelia
On the 26/9/2022 they charge me twice for 1 trip i query it till now no answer from them. I then stop my debit card and pay cash. On 03/12/2022 i ask the driver whats the price i R92 i gave him R110 with tip then Bolt still take the R92 from my acc.
As from the 13-08 still no call or internet. Best to cancel of as from 31 July worst services ever.
This is the worst ever after emais and calls as from July still signal all they do is send tickets and a consultant will phone back if they do they promise to log it 1 consultant told me on 13 august just look for another provider Rain employees dont even trust them. I put my order in at 12.07 on the 26.02.2022 they only deliver at 3.28 -3 and n half hours later by then the fish fingers were defrost and smell and the bacon. I send them a email but as always they only send u tickets. ASAP REALLY HAVE THE WORST SERVICES. I cant eat the food now do they know its a sin to wast food. I really will never use them again.
