I am disappointed at Menlyn McDonalds, I went there to claim my point for a chicken fold over and the gentleman at the till advised I open the App and click on redeem which I did and the points disappeared however they stated that they did not scan the QR code and that I have to wait 30 minutes before it reappears, I had to waste 30 minutes of my time walking around at the mall and the points did not appear again in my balance, the staff did not seem to care much to even check and investigate, they just told me about 30 minutes just to get me out of their faces, I would like my points allocated back to me. This incident took place 15 May 2025, points taken for a chicken foldover I did not receive
I had a very disturbing experience at Pick n Pay Terrace Ridge with the gentleman named Bafana who is apparently the manager there, He is just simply rude and should not deal with client’s, I was sold an incorrect flavour of cigarettes and I wanted to do an exchange and instead of him apologising and advising me of the return policy of cigarettes he told me there is simply nothing he can do and that I must tell the lady that sold me the cigarettes to pay it out of her own pocket and when I told him it’s not a solution and I would log a complaint this Bafana manager asked me with who exactly am I gonna place this complain with, an apology would have gone along way and he was just rude and gave me attitude which is really not expected from someone in customer service. May this be addressed because this is no way to deal with clients, it’s a small Pick ‘n Pay that mostly has things not stocked and then they give us such treatment, I am not impressed at all, Raymond Ackerman would be very disappointed that his legacy is treated in such a manner

What a horrible experience I have been having with Mweb, The fibre has been down since 12 June 2021 and I keep calling Mweb and all they can tell me is that they are logging a ticket and escalatijg but there is nothing happening, I am being inconvinienced by you incompetence because the reason for the fibre is because we work from home and it defeats the whole purpose if I am not able to do that, No ways would I recommend you to anyone, So disappointed. I await my fibre connection to be fixed ASAP
I am appalled by the experience received by me from Avis, I specifically asked the consultant at the King Shaka Airport regarding the washing of the vehicle when I return it and he advised that I do not need to take the car to the car wash, To my surprise there was a short of R563 from my deposit with a fee of R391 for Valet that I was advised not to worry about, Is that what you teach your consultants to lie to your customers so that there is additional financial gain to you, You do not treat your customers like this, I raised this on the survey and received no assistance, so you ***** with me and then do not attend to my concerns, How do I ever hire a vehicle with Avis ever again?

I went to Tops at Ruimsig at 19:51pm on 20/02/18 and there was a special on Russian Bear vodka with 2 (440ml) plays and when we got to the till we were advised that the plays (440ml)did not arrive in the stock, why does Tops advertise something and then when you buy it you are advised that it is out of stock and never arrived on their deliveries, i find it to be highly unacceptable that they would keep the advert there, That is called false advertising and now i have to find myself buying the vodka for R109.99 where as i could have bought it for R119.00 with the plays, i do not appreciate such and I not impressed, I love buying at tops but if this is how you treat your customers it isn't the place to shop.
<p>Chicken Licken Rosebank bought meat at 11:59am and only received my order at 12:34pm,And their excuse if the meat is not done yet, How can such a well known franchise not have meat ready and not advise their customers that it will take long so they make a decision to wait or not, I am in shock as ythr staff seemed to not be bothered of the long queue of people lining up and they keep ringing the orders and not advising of the issue...I am so upset that I received such service today.</p>

Disgusting Service and I will be passing in the message to all the people I recommended to pull every last cent out because you freaks are horrible in business, should I wait till next week again to get my money? </span></p>
<p>i had the pleasure of interactiing with Johannes Martin and he has been an absoulte joy, He is really professional and made me feel welcomed.
