Mongezi promptly fixed the meter issue my tenant had and called me back to give feedback. I usually follow up but I didn’t have to tonight. Thanks Mongezi.
I am not happy with the service provided by Pathcare in Bellville near Leipoldt Mediclinic. Yesterday I went to test for covid for operation pre-screening and it was positive, I then went to Lancet today and the test was negative. The reason I didn't trust it is because we haven't been going out, none of us at home has covid symptoms and also the fact that last month the same thing happened. My mother in law went to test for op pre screening at Cape gate and tested positive also with no symptoms. We (father in law, my husband, helper, son and myself) all went to test somewhere different and we all tested negative. You cause so much panic and financial inconvenience it's annoying really. I want my money back, all of it - because I clearly wasted money testing with you because the default result is positive.
My mother is a pensioner who has to drive 2 hours to get to Ford Kokstad (FK) just to be sent back with a half-functional vehicle! She's very frustrated and fears that her car is going to deteriorate the more she takes it to Ford Kokstad. The problem started in 2018. Her car had a clutch problem, she took it in to get it replaced at Ford Kokstad (FK). After service/fixing, it could not even reach home -it started showing a "Hillstart" related message and stopped working. She towed it to a family we know in Matatiele. FK fetched it from Matatiele and fixed it - they said a *****/bolt/something was loose. They tightened the loose part and it worked. However, ever since then the car showed that message for a long time. It would go on service, the message disappears for a while and reappear. I called FK on the 6th if I'm not mistaken to tell them that it's struggling on the hill and won't start sometimes. She took it in on the 10th, FK said the doesn’t take a computer update and that they will call her with another date. On Wednesday the 15th, it refused to start again. She called FK to tell them that it is not starting to which FK gave her a date of next Thursday the 23rd of December. My mom is an old woman and this up and down is frustrating her to the extend that she (myself included) have lost confidence on the services provided by FK to attend to the car issues. She’s ready to use a backyard mechanic and I wouldn’t want her to do that. This is the very last resolution I’ll try to get her car sorted. I plead with you to get the issue resolved.
I bought 3 tickets mid April and requested for a refund a day after. Even today no refund has been made to my account. They asked for my ID, card details and bank statement - all of which has been sent. However my cash has not been refunded yet. Now they're not even responding to my emails
In March I took my car for a service at GM Honeydew, only recently when I took it again for service at GM Cresta did I notice that Honeydew double billed me on oil. I called Honeydew yesterday(10/11/15) and Caroline confirmed that they double billed me and I should give my banking details for a refund. I told her I'll come into the dealership as I needed more clarity on other items in invoice.<br> <br> I went to the dealership this morning(11/11/15) and to my surprise she tells me I cannot be refunded in cash, I can only be refunding through transferring funds into another dealership for my next service. But I have recently done my service, the next service will be next year. This to me shows that they're not even apologetic for double charging me. When they wanted payment, I made it immediately, why is theirs conditional?
I sent a letter and all other required documents in march to replace my Nedbank life cover with a Old Mutual life cover. I phoned in a month later and it was not replaced. Last month, mid-month, I went to the Cresta branch again and they told me it wasn't replaced in earlier efforts and they will work on it. after a couple of days I called the contact centre and i was told it will be finalised in 72 hours. to my surprise I got my home loan statement beginning of this week and it has not changed still.
