Cell C Data Renewal ****
I renewed my contract 3x. I have 2 contract retention or renewal agreement but still charges me out of contract rate. This happens every times contract is due for upgrade. Staffs are unprofessional. The basically don't care if i stay or leave. Worse company to have a phone contract with

Waterfront Village Apartments doesn't deserve any STAR
Waterfront Village service doesn't deserve any STAR. Incompetent staff. Check-In is a tedious mission and half. Room Service is very untidy. I complain because, you pay to get a certain level of service but when the service is none existence, then its like been robbed. Shocking Service

Cell C needs to stop fraudulent debit orders from my account and refund my money
Took up 3 contract with Cell C in 2016 and it ended in 2018. I called in to cancel 2 contracts. To my amazement i found out that Cell C was still charging me for contract that ended in 2018. I called in on the 26th of October 2020 to end the fraudulent debit order. I was assured it was rectified but am surprised that i was again debited today. Please i now want refunds of all the debit orders for the number (0747341796) in question as i had ended it way back in 2018.

Wesbank Service is appaling
The staffs needs to go back to work now. The system have become so disfuntional with their staffs working from home. Spent 2 weeks trying to get answers. Called in but get tossed from one department to another. Its sad what happening at Wesbank this period. My profile is dented because of Wesbank incorrect entry and deficiencies.
