I am highly dissatisfied with the brand at the moment. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung for many years. I purchase the premium Samsung phone each time I upgrade my phone. For the past few years, I have ordered a Galaxy Note, as I love the brand and the elegance of the phone. With all of these phones, I have pre-ordered the phone. This year I especially waited for my contract to end, in order to port my number from MTN to Vodacom. I pre-ordered the Note 10 Plus from the Vodacom Chatz store, Adderley Street, Cape Town. When I received my phone, I did not receive the pre-order gift pack, which indicated that I would get a Samsung fit watch, Samsung care and R3500 Samsung voucher. However, I received none of these pre-order gifts. With MTN I had no problems and received my pre-order gifts every time I ordered the Samsung Note. Now I port to Vodacom and the service is poor in the first month of being with Vodacom. I have been following up with the gentleman at the Vodacom Chatz store and he has informed me that he has emailed his supplier and he has emailed Samsung, however no response or success. A month has past and I now receive no more response to my emails. As a loyal Samsung customer, spending thousands on your premium phones each year, I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of interest and customer service being received both by Samsung and the Vodacom suppliers. It seems as though making sales is superb, however, the after service is saddening! I hope that I can now get someone to contact me and assist me at least on this platform. As the normal channels available is failing me.
