The waitron Mpho, paid us no mind and neglected even removing plates from our table. The only focus was being away from our table for minutes on End. Thanks to Thube for coming to the rescue

What better way to travel for my best friend & I, in style than to have the lovely assistance of a travel agent to curate and help you choose your destination of choice. Jevon was able to help us pick (Exotic Zanzibar) and then finally give us more details to make the trip move out of the Whatsapp group. :-) Jevon let us know of the payment options as well as the various activities we can prepay for using their wonderful payment plan (Jet Ski, Snorkelling), to put the ease on the monthly instalments! If ever you want a vibey and considerate travel agent from Roadtrippers just ask for Jevon! On our arrival at the airport, we were met by the charismatic Kevin who took just as much care of us for our entire duration, setting the mood and coordinating the group as we hopped from one activity to another, Swimming with the turtles was my highlights. Kevin is definitely the Host with the Most! As it was a group trip our Bestie-Cation expanded as we met other solo travels who resonated with our mood and spent a lot of time with us in the Resorts Sky-Blue Pool. I sent my car in to be repaired at Renew-it Bedfordview on the 11th of Aug- a rear-bumper repair. On collection of my vehicle my repair was done but my media-player had 2 additional profiles on my Bluetooth devices: Tebz- iPhone & mavura. On the weekend whilst lost in Midrand I attempted to switch on my navigation only to find that it was missing. I took it back to Renew-It to inform them of this and I was told to write an email to head office. the response was speedy and I was told it had been escalated to the manager. 2 weeks elapsed and I followed up on the complaint to find that I was due for feedback. I received feedback that unfortunately there was nothing anybody can do- even with the proof that people were fiddling with my media player WHILST the repair was suppose to be done on the rear side. the SD card is costing me R2100 exc VAT and this is something I wont pay as I have PROOF that people were inside my car and had handled the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the way I am being treated as I was not given a full report on what sort of investigation was done and the results there after. PLEASE BEWARE OF RENEW IT BEDFORVIEW
