They want money upfront and just before delivery is supposed to happen they want insurance money. When you tale it up with them they become rude.

Top lay eggs- ****
I order 1 box of eggs. I am then told I need to pay for delivery. And then after I pay for the eggs and delivery I'm told I need to pay for insurance. My order hasn't arrived as they added an extra 2 boxes of eggs I didn't want. I am refusing to pay for something I don't want. I am waiting 3 days now for my refund. TOP LAY EGGS ARE ****MERS AND ********S AND ****S.

Cancellation of number
I went in store on a Saturday, last one in October or first in November to fill in paperwork to cancel my one number. Nobody has called me yet in this regard and the number is still active and therefore getting billed for something i wanted cancelled over a month ago. Please can we sort this out ASAP!!!!

sim activation
Selldirect called me yesterday to activate my new sim card and it has not yet been done. This is causing major inconveniences as I am unreachable and cannot make the nescessary calls I need to.

phone not delivered as promised
I received a call from a call center affiliated with telkom mobile saying that Iam due for an uupgrade and that I would receive the phone in 4 working days, it has6 days now.the office number I was given has no response at the other end.021 001 7500.I have been trying to find out where the phone is as well as trying to change the delivery address. I am really concerned as I am not going to pay for goods I have not received.
