Pathetic and ****mers
CAUTION do NOT order from the company. They are utterly ************* and no customer service to speak of. Still waiting on a refund for a product ordered in January already. Rude(y) just never gets back to you and remains unreachable and Mariom/n can't pull her wait to make things happen. Order if you want to part with your money.

FNB and Smart Scratch and Dent
FNB Scratch and Dent and SMART - please refrain from ever buying this policy. What a waste of hard earned money. Bull****ters and unprofessional conduct. Refusal to pay for legitimate damage with irrational excuses. Very unhelpful personell working for Smart. The only thing they are "smart" in is out smarting the consumer out of their money. I am referring them to the ombudsman

Beware to all looking to renovate their kitchen
Beware of this women who typically advertises on Gumtree, she will promise to install your kitchen within one week and will start with the project and never intend to finish whilst sitting with 90% of your money. She never answers nor responds to your call. Then will correspond via email and make all kinds of excuses why she can not attended to your kitchen. In the meantime she's also taken out your old kitchen cupboards and can not account for it. She make use of foreign (Zimbabwian and Malawian), unskilled labour
