Wow service at Windermere Centre in Durban. I shopped at Manoli's and left my packet on the trolley when leaving. I was gobsmacked when I went there 7 days later and Centre Management had kept my parcel safe and returned it to me!! From the car guard who took my packet to security, who then took it to Manoli's and then to Centre Management for safe keeping, I want to send a heartfelt thank you. And the cashier at Manoli's who put 2 and 2 together and realised that it was my package. That was absolutely awesome... that's the kind of behavior that renews one's faith in humanity. A very well done to all involved. Thank you!!
We have been regular customers at the Musgrave Center, Durban branch for years and have never been disappointed... from the delicious food (across the menu) to the professional, friendly staff and Manager. A very big thank you for being so wonderful that you are the tradition in my family when there is a celebration!!!
My contract term came to an end but I was happy to continue with the same contract terms. Imagine my surprise when, without informing me, they cut the data in half but charged the same amount of money. I stopped payment and explained the problem to 2 or 3 agents and also went to a cell c store to try and resolve the issue only to receive a call today saying that the matter had been handed over for collection. The person that called me was rude and a bully. Definitely not someone that I want to speak to ever again. I would like to be contacted by cell c, preferably by someone who can help resolve the problem. This is not how you keep your customers, Cell C. If you had treated me fairly to begin with, I probably would still have been your paying customer.
I was so impressed when I applied for fibre internet 4 days ago. Nompumelelo at the Overport City branch was professional, friendly and wholly efficient. She understood my needs and within no time my application was put through. To my utter delight, the technicians called me the next day to install. I wasn't available(I mean who knew these things could happen so fast), but it is now 4 days later and I'm fully connected. Wow. Thank you Telkom. I will be sure to recommend you. In fact, the branch at Overport City seems to be busier every time I go past it, no doubt because of the ongoing excellent service.
I went in today, Christmas Eve, to apply for the Christmas deal. I had excellent service from Michael, the sales assistant. Not only was he friendly and helpful but I also walked out with an excellent mobile and deal. Thank you, Telkom, for the deal and also for your calibre of staff. I look forward to an excellent relationship with you for the term of my contract and beyond.
