I am trying to get them to recheck my hospital plan benefit, I had a procedure in Feb 2021 they rejected Netcare charges the reason why I am asking them to recheck is because they rejected AMPATH charges where I would have had to pay R4300 and when AMPATH asked them to relook the matter it was discovered that I am not responsible for the AMPATH account - lot of incompetence at Discovery Netcare is in the process of handing me over a final demand I have never ever defaulted in my personal capacity on any accounts

Went to the Boksburg Branch on Sunday to purchase a floating shelf Firstly the price at the till R225 was not the price on the shelf R195 the cashier went with me to verify then called a supervisor to amend the pricing at the till, after waiting about 5 minutes I see a black male standing at the till (Apparently he is the supervisor ) was waiting for the cashier to arrive , by disappointment was that the supervisor did not greet did not introduce himself rather stood there like he was the CEO , left a very bad taste for the Builders Brand

I am inter acting with Zestlife however there are 2 mainly claims that are pending and despite being given the assurance that my query will be escalated to the Claims Manager Mon 10 May 2021 I have not heard from them Milpark is now demanding me pay the monies due also I did advise them to liaise with the service providers direct as I am in no position to determine medical terms etc
My policy matured on 30 Nov 2020 over the past 10 years I paid my premiums on time never a delay over the past 20 years I must have taken out about 14/15 policies with Old Mutual I am still waiting to be paid out I don't want to hear the usual Covid excuse because when I had to pay Covid did not delay in you receiving my premiums A disgrace to this insurance company thank God I have come to the retired age in my life that I don't need more policies in any case they did not yield the expected value, to the young one's take heed if you are with or planning to take out a policy with these incompetent fools
Waiting now 15 minutes on the phone while trying to cancel my authorization these internal discussions take long while my telephone bill is rising - can't they call me back Damn frustrating and costly as it is we pay a fortune for medical aid that is not ALL Covered
17 Sep 2020 debit R540 queried it and they said it was for a garage card, my card has been cancelled some 6 years ago sent another request no response, however going back I found 18/9/18 R 423.72 - 18/9/17 R 360 - 19/9/16 R 300 would like to investigate these charges please so maybe a response will be appreciated don't want to leave my bank details on this post
was excited about their R99 fruit bundle, went to the store was told at the checkout that black g****s was not included only green yet the TV advert shows both g****s a male in a white T Shirt was called and he bluntly told me so without offering to replace the g****s with the green one, so I left the store frustrated and disappointed, no customer care at all - North Rand Road Boksburg Branch
