I would like to express my disappointment following a recent interaction with one of your sales consultants at Audi Rivonia. While I prefer not to mention names, I feel compelled to highlight the lack of honesty and integrity displayed during the process. The consultant’s conduct came across as underhanded and misleading. After investing considerable time applying for finance and sourcing insurance quotes based on the deal presented, I was later informed that the offer was invalid due to a consultant error. This reversal not only disrupted my planning but eroded my trust in the process. It is unacceptable to be misled during such a critical decision-making phase, especially when expectations were built around a formal offer. I would not recommend Audi Rivonia to anyone currently looking for a vehicle. My experience with another dealership was significantly better, not only in terms of service, but also the deal itself, which was far more competitive. What is troubling is that I was told Audi Rivonia was operating at a loss, which raises serious concerns about transparency and the integrity of their management team.

False and misleading Advertising on the Prime -5% special
<p>I recently was interested in the BMW 1 series M sport at prime -5% special over the weekend on the 25th of February 2017. The adverti*****t, of which i have proof states the following Cash Price R449000 installment Prime -5% R8050pm for 48 months. I started the process to get finance, which got approved to find out that BMW cant give me the special. if i wanted the Special i would need to buy the car at R100000 more!! This is False and Misleading Advertising and I am going to take this up with ASASA, as nowhere does it state that the Car has to be bought at the full Price.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i found that out i decided to not make it public and send a message on FB, i thought I was getting somewhere until this morning where i got an arrogant reply. This is Unacceptable and this deal has to be honored, is this a ploy so you guys can get feet into your dealerships?? </p>
