I have been a patient of Dr. Gita Makan for 10 years. Being a Diabetic Type 1 for 23 years, I was introduced to Dr. Makan in January 2014 when I was admitted in hospital, as much as i thought i knew my condition and that i can control it, i couldn't. After consulting with Dr. Makan, i had a better understanding of what needed to be done and that i have someone who understands my situation, knows what to look and guiding me to better manage my Diabetes. In my years of being a patient of Dr. Makan, she has shown professionalism, understanding, caring and knowledge to help me manage and avoid complications. Regards. Diabetic Ant

I recently found an item that I have been looking for, for more than a year. so you could imagine my exactment when I saw this exact item posted on Facebook at a very affordable price... I was ecstatic.. and jumped on it to purchase the item... then only to find that when I click on the link the items cost a lot more than advertised. So i do what any consumer would have done and queried the price difference, after a week of back and forth emails showing them pictures where the item was advertised on Facebook as well as Instagram and Samsung every time telling me that the price they have on Facebook and Instagram is not the right price and that the price online is the correct price. A Samsung representative phoned me on a Friday morning and say "i am so sorry but that's the price and there is nothing they can do for me. i then went back on Facebook to see the item only to find that after a week they changed the price on Facebook to the correct price. I have all the communication and Pictures if ANYONE is interested to see how samsung treats the consumer when they clearly made a mistake. To top it all of I received another call to say that they are investigating the situation and will send feedback, with no surprise that was 10days ago... just another coverup by samsung and they hoping that it will just go away. what an unsatisfying experience with samsung that leaves me with a bitter taste on buying ANY samsung products... to mention this was just before the Launch of the Samsung Galaxy S22 ( which i wanted to buy ), and because of this i don't think that Samsung wants me as a customer. But that's ok i guess they are happy to loose me to a competitor......
I could not give 0 stars and unfortunately i had to give 1 to write a review! False advertising is one thing, but to have a semi discussion with Samsung 5 days about something that is advertised at a certain price and then to takes 5 days to come back and say "Unfortunately, the item is available for the R3299.01 and we cannot match the price." The item was priced at R2499 excl and about R2850 incl. i know nothing will be done about this and its sad, for a company that makes Millions a year, can not stand by a R500 correction of their mistake. 0 Customer service and will never recommend samsung whatsoever. PS the items is still advertised on facebook as R2499, just that all know https://www.facebook.com/commerce/products/ssd-970-evo-plus-nvme-m2-500-gb/3780160288726424/?ref=mini_shop_product_details&referral_code=page_shop_tab_card I hope this will help someone in the future if they are considering Samsung as a provider.
Bit of Background, i have 4 contracts with vodacom and i love iphone... one of my contracts will be up for upgrade next month and me being an iphone fanatic i wanted to get the special ( Iphone 5s R369pm ) or the spoil myself with the Iphone 6, was still in two mainds with this. The Consultant at Northgate first said that they would encourage customers rather to go with android than with an iphone ( UHHHHHH OK ??? ) and they don't have iphones in stock, he then explained that the Iphone 5s is refurbished..... nowhere on any advertisement it shows that it is refurbished.... and his comment was \yes they did not mention that in the adverts"so i guess this is Vodacoms way of saying"
