Pathetic after sales service. Both taps placed in my kitchen and scullery are leaking and we cannot get anyone out. First time they came to repair took 2 weeks

I cancelled my landline as Telkom could not fix the problem as the was a line severed and none to replace. I cancelled on the 28th of January with immediate effect as it was not through my fault that I did not have a line. I am still being charged and the line is still active but when you call it - it has already been assigned to someone else.
SPREE dispatched my parcel to Speed services (incorrectly as I asked for door to door) on 29 Jan. I am still waiting for the parcel which is sitting at Jet park as they have no ink in their printer to be able to dispatch the parcel. How pathetic has this country become. There is not such thing as good customer services<br>
I bought goods online on 11 September and was told 7 days delivery. We are on the 28th and still no delivery and now none of the numbers listed work.
I am going to open up a case of theft against Telkom Employee Prince. I cancelled my LTE router and have a case number written by Prince on my cancellation form. I have been charged for an additional 2 months and Telkom will not give my money back as they say I used data after I returned the unit to Rosebank. I am not getting assistance and being screwed from pillar to post.
This report is in conjunction with a previous report submitted on 19 Aug with no reply from Telkom. Telkom LTE A router contract taken out with Bluetechretail on behalf of Telkom Mobile on 25 Apr 15. I reported the unit not working 29 Apr. I called Adliegh Govender back to assist but still nothing. They hold me up for a month after numerous calls, sms's and whatapp messages to come and fetch the unit. I finally get told 25 May they can't collect & that I need to return the unit to a Telkom store. I do this on 3rd June and I am assisted by Prince who looks at all my completed forms and communications and cancels my contract under the CPA with immediate effect. By this time I have already had R1775.27 deducted from my account. He scans all my documents and takes the unit and the sim card and cancels the contract. Come end of June R1399 gets deducted again and then end of July another R1399. This is for a unit that I do not have but someone is using it. I call 9/14/17/20/21/27 July and then again 3/4/12/19 Aug each time to be giving a different case number that 'DOES NOT EXIST' & then I get told I have a credit of a few rand. End of the day I am still out of pocket by R4500. Today I call & speak to Stella & she says her Manager will call back Zanele Gule. But guess what NOTHING!!
I am trying to find out what is the maximum line speed I can get at home. I am enquiring about a new service and held on for 20 minutes as the agents are untrained, unprofessional and useless. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she put the phone down.
I bought an item on 21 Dec 2014, an evening cocktail dress. I wore it for the first time on the 21st of March to SA fashion week. When I hand washed the dress the black colour on the bottom of the dress ran and the white was stained. When I returned the item I was told that there is a 3 month return policy and I would only be refunded at the system rate. I find this appauling as this is not the quality I expect from Edgars. It will definitely make me think twice before I buy a cocktail dress again. This is terrible customer service. <br> <br> I spend enough on my account not to be cheated like this. The branch manager did not even come to speak to me.
