When I read all the reviews of the last few weeks it is quite evident what the major issue is with Netstar : non existing Customer service. I have twice now in the last few months sent an email to request a breakdown of my fees. I have a tracker and Netstar companion. This means I should pay R193 + R89 + R15 (for extra member), however for months now I have been paying : R193 (correct) + R173 (incorrect) + R45 (incorrect). No one has come back to me to explain what the additional charges are. This is such a frustrating company to deal with. Could someone please EMAIL me my correct fees with an explanation. No calls please.
My MTN Home internet speed has reduced dramatically over the last week. I have the unlimited 35mb speed. My speed currently Hovers between 5 and 15. It used to be exactly 35. This is with ethernet cable (not wifi). Switching the router off and on doesn't work. Moving it around doesn't work. Ive also NOT reached my limit for the fair use policy. So why are.you restricting me? The speed on my phone contract is still the same. This means there is a restriction on my home internet. Please investigate and get back to me ASAP as I cannot pay for a service I don't receive.
Hi. I cannot get the Makro RCS app to work. It keeps saying : Authentication failed. This happens every now and then. It just stops working for weeks on end. Then it suddenly works again for a few weeks. I reinstalled the Makro rcs app, restarted my phone, cleared cashe, deleted Truecaller months ago (yes i know all the silly questions you ask as I deal with this every few weeks). Call centre don't respond to my emails or online chat. I have no way to check my balance or outstanding amount. Kindly fix this ******* app. (Android, Samsung Galaxy S22)
The RCS Makro app never works. Authentication always fails. My emails go unanswered. I don't even know my balance as it never works. Once in a blue moon it works then it stops again for weeks on end. Just looking at all the complaints on the app store says everything you need to know about the uselessness of this app. Will you guys ever fix this?????
I app**** for a Discovery Banking Suite however it was declined. The decline letter say it's because I am on sequestration. I WAS on sequestration and was granted a rehabilitation order back in March. However your data seems to be outdated. All 3 major credit bureaus have updated my credit profile with them. I got confirmation from each of them. I also pulled my credit report from all 3 and it has been updated correctly to show the rehabilitated status. Could you please reassess my application with the correct detail? I can forward you my rehabilitation order as well as my latest credit reports from Experian, Transunion and XDS with the correct detail.
I made 2 purchases on the 28th of April making use of wicodes on the Makro RCS app. The one amount is R293.90 and the other R256.94. Both these wicodes were used on the MrD app. Then on 30 April both these amounts were deducted AGAIN from my Makro app. I made no purchase on 30 April. I sent screenshot via email to the Makro RCS department but received no help to reverse these charges that were never made. I want these 2 duplicate amounts reversed as my account is now in arrears. Please can someone sort this out ASAP?
I've submitted a dispute on 20 March 2025 with all relevant documentation. Ive received a reference number only on 14 April. Now they tell me that the 20 day dispute process only starts from when the ticket is created. So it basically takes 1 full month after submitting documentation PLUS and additional 20 business days to resolve a dispute. That is over 2 months. This surely can't be that slow? I did the same process with Transunion and the dispute was finalized within 1 week. So 1 week with Transunion compared to 2 months with Experian. This is ridiculous and I need my dispute finalized TODAY!
I submitted a claim for MRI Scan and after 3 days it shows that I need to pay the full amount. I already paid a Co payment of R3850 and got pre authentication for the rest. So I called discovery and they said the system is not working properly and she did an escalation. So now I have to wait another 3 days for an outcome. This is unfair as I need to claim back my co payment from my gap cover. This exact thing happened back in Feb with my dependent. Now more than a month later your system is still not fixed.
My dependent did an MRI scan at Wilgeheuwel hospital on the 17 Feb. The MRI departement got authorisation from Discovery. I had to pay the upfront payment of R3850 as per my Classic Smart plan. The rest was not paid to the MRI department by Discovery and my query has now been "escalated" twice and each time im told it will take another 3 to 5 days to sort out the mess. The MRI department call me every day looking for their money. I now have 2 reference numbers 10976995608 and 10996688664. Please could someone sort this claim out asap as my plan do cover MRI scans with a co payment.
Ordered Semaglutide and I am very happy with my product. According to Saphra its ******* to buy and sell compounded medicine. But with the high prices we have no choice.
