The world and the financial pressure can become extremely overwhelming. But with Debt Buster. What a breeze I am in the process of getting my clearance letters and I am truly grateful to say thank you Debt Busters for making me officially debt free. You service and staff are exceptional.
Thank you Allstar Team, Rick and Janet for fixing a 2 year issue that other supplier could not do. Not because of the problem being to big but because they had a lack of skills a lack or ownership and a lack of common sense. To this stakeholder you are just another damaged vehicle which they didn't take any pride in resolving our 2 year ongoing issue. Thanks to Shane from MiWay for pointing us in your direction as you actual have skill, ownership and common sense to what you do in your industry. Your prompt and friendly assistance was and is truly appreciated.
Dear Shane Chettiar, Samantha and MiWay, We are sending you this email with extreme gratitude beyond what words can express. After almost 2 yearlong issue ( accident took place on the 15/02/2024 ) finally got resolved (on the 14/01/2026) and this all thanks to skillful people who do their job not because they HAVE to but because they want to. And when I say Skillful I want to point out to you Shane. Our first interaction with Shane, I am sure it was a overload of information and I felt I needed to calm down coz there was so many things that happened from then Feb 2024 till +/- Nov 2025 between us and Sandton Renew It fitting all our complaints into one sentence felt needed, emotions were extremely high ,tense, frustration and disappointment with them, however when Shane took over the enquiry I was finally relieved that someone was listening to us. We felt it was unfair towards not just us but to MiWay for paying a provider for services that they did a half job and kept on disregarding us and our concerns and complaints. Thank you Shane for being extremely understanding, helpful and truly putting in so much effort to assist us with an ongoing issue with the provider. You have gone over and above with assistance and your skills of problem solving and customer services are 11 out of 10. Your 1000% dedication to get this matter resolved has not gone unnoticed and you are truly an asset to the company. I truly hope Samantha that you are aware of this talented gentleman. Thank you also to MiWay for assisting with the ongoing issues we had. You have truly gone an extra 100 miles to resolve the matter. Please take care of Shane as he is an absolute star in his work. He listens and acts. He doesn’t hesitate to get involved with the relevant parties including Avis. His constant check-ins with me were exceptional. His passion for his work is remarkable. I also would like to thank Allstar Centurion for the fantastic work they have done on the issues that was awaiting fixing for almost two years which again I would like to reiterate to MiWay was not their fault but a lack of pride in a job that other stakeholders didn’t feel the need to assist with. Had a busted drain pype and phoned MiWay Nkhensami Rikhotso answered the phone promptly and assisted immediately, she got help to come out and assist and she was amazing getting me helped got my SMS help was on its way and.... . Not long after that Jerry the service provider contacted me confirming my location and in less than an hour my problem was solved. Nkhensami Rikhotso phoned me afterwards to check in if everything was sorted thank you for the call back. Nkhensami Rikhotso thank you for hearing the concern in my voice and acting thank you for your prompt service and your friendly support and help you are a star. Thank you to the service provider you guys dispatched. And thank you MiWay for having my back and being there when it feels the nothing is going right.
Here we go AGAIN..... Why can't people just do their jobs properly why do you have to beg them for the 5th time to fix your car on stuff they damaged.
just now New On Monday the 23rd June 2025 I took my family to your restaurant for my husband's 53 birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food the atmosphere and just some quality time. You guys did such a great job my father even went back this past week that's how much he enjoyed it. I love the play area for my little one and she loved the kid's Alfredo. You will definitely see us again..
In all honesty there should not even be a star not even one. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. On 15 Feb 2024 I was in 'n minor bumper bash sure it looked worse than the bump itself this occurred in Centurion why MiWay took my car all the way to Sandton Renew it only they will know however never the less my car was taken to this facility. Thinking to myself I am not going to rush them as I want them to do a good job I got an updated of the costs of the repairs and that MiWay has approved it. So the started the "repairing process " if that is what you want to call it. So as some of the customers of Sandton Renew it knows you get an email with the photo of you vehicle and the progress. When I got my email of " my car" I immediately informed them this is not my car FIRSTLY the registration number is not mine and the picture of this car they are repairing and showing me the progress on " my car " was the back of the car and on my car the front was damaged I was informed that it was a mistake and was assured that it was an "admin" error. Again you trust that a big facility like Sandton Renew it will do a good job, and again I didn't rush them as I stated I want them to do a proper job. It took +/- 3 months , when I was informed my car is ready for collection I arrived at the time provided via sms, I waited for more than 2 hours and when my car arrived there was no globes in the lights spear wheel was missing you name it so what they do is they wait till almost closing time and then you have to rush through the check. Upon my arrival at home the next day as it was almost dark already the next day my husband took photos and phoned Sandton Renew it to inform them of the errors on the car and the fact that old broker stuff have been used the car was in a shocking condition. It was arrangement for someone to come to our residence to see what errors was on the car and none the less GUESS WHAT the they Sandton Renew It did not only take and email me the wrong car and the back of the car they actually worked on the back of my car which they had NO REASON TO.... SO the gentleman took the car back to their premises to fix THEIR mistakes. Again we did not rush them. Got the car back few weeks after. Again the car gets dropped off no opportunity to go through the car and see if everything is sorted. After the gentleman left with the hire car. The day after AGAIN we found still more issues on our car. We contacted numerous people from Sandton Renew it Chelene , Carmella , Charity and recently had dealings with Lance. It took Sandton Renew it more then a YEAR later to get my car again and fix what was STILL wrong. My husband was informed to collect the car on Saturday the 15 March 2025 immediately he notice and informed that there was still issues with the car. GUESS what the issues are still there and even a bended rim added to the list and a crack on my back bumper. YOUR WORK IS DISGUSSTING. I WANT a top manager to contact me ASAP as the next step I will be taking is not speaking to a senior only or informing my insurance via a call of my complaint. The next step is to lodge a formal complaint with my insurance ***** department as you have been paid more than a year ago for the services for my car and still my car is not fixed. And please don't see this as a threat I promise you that I will insure that you get investigated for *****. And I dear you to tell me again on this platform or Hallo Peter to say I am lying. Awaiting on your response. Seems like the only option is to take the car to a DECENT facility and have them quote YOU Sandton Renew it and YOU will be held responsible for the bill. It's amazing to be told something is missing "it was never there and they can't find it " well I guess a year and a month later considering your work is so pathetic it won't surprise me if you have lost or misplaced anything on my car considering your worked on the back of my car which was not the problem. We are not looking to "score " any freebies!!! YOU were paid for a service RENDER it and to it properly.
The absolutely worst service provider ever that I had to deal with. My car had to go in twice for repairs and this since the 15 of Feb till date the 29th of May 2024 I am still awaiting for Carmilla to arrange for last repairs and no responses to calls, emails not WhatsApp. Disgusting service. Firstly they worked and got confused with another Ford Fiesta and did repairs on my car that was not even applicable to my cars damage. The service we.got there are simple not enough space to provide ALL the content that was wrong with the "repairs" that was down.
The consultant got onto my emergency immediately, it was a min later when the tow truck company phoned me to confirm details. Thank you to the consultant that helped ASAP as I am a mom alone at home with a sick baby and it was getting late and he got my husband home Pronto!!!
