<p>Bought 2 Huwaei modems, one for my Mom and one for myself, in December 2015 and January 2016, respectively. The Cell C sim came as part of the package, with a Red Bull promotion of 200MB free for twelve months, per month. So far I've received on 200MB top-up. Have sent over 4 emails to Cell C and had 2 discussions with their Call Centre, but still nothing. Contacted Red Bull, no reply. It's been almost 2 months now.</p> <p>Really poor when these guys don't live up to their promises and you, the customer; has to spend time and money getting what you've already paid for!</p>

Once the guys at Wesbank got onto my problem, they were fantastic. I had my refund within hours of the first email on last Friday. Thanks Guys.
Denise has been very helpful, it's just a pity that those around her and the systems are letting her and therefore me down. Her response time and manner have been excellent. How the accounts people and Operations managed to place me to an 8-year old address is baffling.
My mistake, am bedridden with a crocked foot, was doing some banking and visitors arrived; so in the tumult, sent money to my Wesbank account instead of to my credit card. This is Wednesday the 24th Feb. No problem, spoke to the call centre and was told to email proof of payment, although they can see the amount paid to my account which reflected immediately; (Wesbank, a division of FNB, work it out); it will take 24 hours to refund me my money??? No worries, month end is coming, but 24 hours, right? Sent the email and proof within the hour. Zero response. Nothing. Yesterday called again. After all the self service monologue stuff, spoke to Mariska, she says no email received at all, please re-send and she will put a note on the system. Apparently, and this is the 21st Century; their system is so backed up that the emails are taking over 2 DAYS to get through!!! So sent it all again yesterday. Still a ZERO response. I cannot go there due to my injury, but they don't want to see me either! They want me to self-service myself with their system, which takes over TWO DAYS to receive emails from the clients paying their interest and salaries. Interest? What about my interest? Useless.
Mom is 76 years old, with a fridge in her room in the old age home. Fridge packed up and is still under guarantee. Took me a looooong time to get through to service and was told by the receptionist that I would just have to hold
Hi, signed up with netstar for a tracking device, which was duly fitted and all forms signed off. When tested, the unit did not work, took over 3 weeks to get another technician out, after my prompting. Still didn't work. Phoned again, but no response to date, from the 30th June 2015. They are still however, taking my money, despite my emails to them. Last time I checked, that was theft and fraud
