On Saturday 14 June 2025, we booked Eagle Liner bus time 17:30 from Midrand to Port Elizabeth reference LO5UKKZB, on the departure day at Midrand there were so many Eagle Liner buses going different places unfortunately we missed the bus, we drove to Park Station with an intention to catch the bus but unfortunately, we missed the bus. My complain to Eagle Liner bus company is as follows: we went to Eagle Liner Park Station Office, and we were told there is no refund or percentage deduction from the ticket and or rescheduling date. I feel this is a day light *******. Is there any law that says if the booked bus has been missed the customer must not get the refund or date be rescheduled? Flights have a work round to assist those who have missed the flight. Now what is the different with Eagle Liner buses that cannot refund or reschedule the date?

I was sending out an sms on My Mtn steppa cell phone instead it is sending out several empty sms, I phoned call centre and they advised me that they will reset my phone from their side and I must shutdown after 5 minutes but to no avail, no-one at call centre could assist me. I had about R15 airtime and within minutes my airtime was finished. <br> To my surprise Mtn call centre advised me that they do not know how to fix it, I must just go to MTN shop and return the phone.
