Can anyone out there help me cancel my card? I have phoned the call centre and emailed repeatedly. No joy.
I sent you an email on 4 December requesting help. To date no response. I emailed again yesterday. I have messaged you on Facebook messenger. I need help. How am I supposed to contact you?

I was hugely inconvenienced by Nedbank when they blocked my card for no reason. whatsoever. I wrote to the client feedback email on 8 July and again on 14 July. To date I have had no response. Is there anybody out there who gives a damn about keeping my business or should I just give up and move on?
