On the phone being first for first 10minutes, then again for 5 minutes, clearly there is no one at support that is actual suppose to provide support. So they devided to call me back and as predicted, their servers are down. Changing providers as this is this countries biggest game and you do this to us.
<p>So Im getting billed in January for December AGAIN, Im being told " No, you pay in arrears" - So if that is the case, why is my December account showing for December again and the bill in January showing for December, if I was paying in arrears, the December invoice should have said November???? So I have logged a call to Vodacom on 14th january after receiving my invoice on 10th January, and they said they will phone me back in 3 days...........yeah didnt get a call, also to find out my call was never logged when I phoned back again on 24 January. So I go through the WHOLE process again to explain to them that I am being charged twice for December. I then get told its fault on their side, but I still need to pay the amount........ yeahhhhh I am not going to do that.... fix your mistake first, send me the correct info first, if your invoices are wrong, SORT THEM OUT, DONT TELL CLIENT TO JUST PAY</p>
