I went to look at thenew Hyundai Exter and since walking in the door I was treated with extreme friendliness. Lamond was my sales person amd received bad news on the day so someone else assisted. The car drove like a dreamon the test drive. The finance process was flawless. A few days later I had a problem with the tint onthe windows and the dealership fixed it without questions. The battery seemed dead and when I called Lamond it was sorted the same day. I have had a previous bad experience with buying a car, but can absolutely recommend Lamond and this dealership for excellent service
I have had a few dealings with M-Sure on my vehicle Warranty and their service has been top notch every time. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for your motor warranty needs.
Before you sell your car to these online buyers like Weelee and Webuycars, first try to get an estimated value of what the vehicle is actually worth because they are **** artists. Most people that sell their cars do it because they are desperate and need the cash, so they need the best possible deal. I am just looking for a change so have time to shop around. My vehicle's retail value is R230,000 (this is the value the dealer can sell the vehicle for in a great condition). The trade value for the vehicle is R198,396 and market value is R214,650. My vehicle is in great condition with full service record history and never been in an accident, so no bumps or scratches. Without asking for any photos of the vehicle, Webuycars offered me R140,000 and after sending photos to Weelee and it went out to their dealer base, the highest offer for my vehicle was R90,000. I just want to warn people to make sure before accepting these wonderful looking offers because in the end, you will lose out and they laugh all the way to the bank.

Easy process and kept in the loop at all times
Do not take your vehicle to Bosch Service Centre Carnival Mall, Brakpan as they are ******. In November 2024, I took my vehicle to Bosch Car Service Carnival Auto for a CV joint replacement. Both the inner and outer CV joints were replaced, as reflected in Invoice IN-000794, for which I paid R7,500. In December 2024, I returned the vehicle due to unusual noises and extreme vibrations occurring at speeds over 80 km/h on the highway. Given that I drive over 100 km daily, I require a reliable vehicle. Despite these issues, I was charged R1,000 for a full vehicle assessment, as Bosch claimed that the symptoms I described could not have resulted from the CV joint replacement. When I collected my vehicle, the noise and vibrations had disappeared, but Bosch did not disclose what they had done to rectify the issue. However, the assessment report suddenly indicated that my vehicle had exhaust and steering rack issues, which were not mentioned before. Subsequent Findings and Additional Costs In February 2025, I sought a second opinion from Casseys Auto in Springs, a Ford-accredited repair center. Their assessment revealed that: There was no issue with my exhaust as previously claimed by Bosch. The CV joints and driveshaft required rework due to missing clamps, and some parts had been secured with cable ties, indicating poor workmanship. As a result, I had to redo the CV joints and driveshaft at Casseys Auto, incurring significant additional costs. In total, I spent R8,500 at Bosch for repairs that were not properly completed and had to pay thousands more at Casseys Auto to rectify their work. On Monday morning, I contacted Bosch to discuss my concerns. The receptionist informed me that: The manager was unavailable, but she would request a callback. My vehicle would need to remain at their workshop while they removed the CV joints and sent them to the manufacturer for inspection. If the failure was due to me supplying my own CV joints, there would be no cover. I clarified that Bosch had supp**** and fitted their own CV joints. She questioned why I had not brought the vehicle back for a full assessment, despite the fact that I had done so in December.
I have been struggling with my internet connection since Sunday and just getting someone to assist is a nightmare as it was between all parties. Eventually Zaahir & Shaakiera from Vumatel gave me their numbers to discuss the issues on Whatsapp and it was eventually sorted today.
I have started a new contract with Afrihost on 1 September. It is now 4 September and I am still sitting without internet. I had to work from home this week and run classes for my studying and I could not. Avrihost are blaming Vumatel as the line provider and nobody seems willing to assist with anything. I have spent 100min airtime and over 3gb data this week. I am so frustrated and feeling hopeless. Vumatel confirmed the line is active, mweb confirmed they released the line and Afrihost says it is Vumatel. Can no one help me.

I saw a Kuga online on the website that I wanted to test drive at the We Buy Cars Germiston Warehouse. I made an online enquiry and was given a Sales Person's name that would contact me. He never contacted me and I tried to call him and sent him a Whatsapp but never got a response. I then drove to the Warehouse on 04/06/2024 Tuesday afternoon and after a comment made at the sales desk about ''Cheapie Buyers'' in another language, I was shown to the vehicle and taken for a test drive. I loved the car and completed the application form. Wednesday morning at about 10:00 I received a whatsapp that my application was approved and I received the financial consultants contact information. I have tried to call her on Thursday afternoon and it is Friday today and have had no call yet. This is really pathetic services and I would not recommend anyone try to buy a ''Cheap'' vehicle through them as they do not deem it worth the effort.
