Pick and Pay Express BP Schoeman Street Arcadia 23 October 2022 20h18 Cashier Florence After purchasing and paying for a small item I checked Slip to find that the Ice Cream was R 16.50 instead of R 13.50 as listed on the Barcode on the Fridge. On Principal I went back and told the Cashier. Instead of being Humble and apologizing.. No big Deal... she Told me " YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TELL ME BEFORE YOU PAID " I lost my temper admittedly as I had had a terrible day, so I had words with her. How dare she tell me I am supposed to tell her before when the Mistake is Pick and Pay. After the verbal I had with her a stranger came and wanted to assault me because he said I was HARASSING the Cashier. I buy Petrol there and have been a Customer for 25 Years at that same Branch. All this could have been avoided had Florence dropped the arrogance and spoke kindly to me in the First Instance. It is NOT about the few cents ( Well actually Price rose from R13.50 to R16.50 overnight) I expect an apology from her who started the whole thing. I do admit that I was lost it a bit and I apologize for that. This should simply be about a Training exercise for staff to go through how AT ALL TIMES they should not inflame the Customer... EVER
Dear Game. Please note that Office Furnishing within the Public Eye are Just as important in how you are viewed by your Customers. The Revolting Office Chairs that Staff are forced to sit in and Customers forced to look at is a Disgrace. I refer to Brooklyn Mall Branch in TV Section and also the Counter by the Entrance on the Right. I wonder if I will see a new Chair (s) on my next visit. Not meaning to complain unnecessarily as I am satisfied with the overall customer experience !!!
Momentum took over OCSA Care and it is now called Health 4 me. The Benefits include Blood Tests and X Rays obviously referred by a Doctor. They do not Pay the claims. They ignore communication from Service Providers and I am still battling to get claims paid from June. My question is WHY offer these benefits in Black and White is you have No Intention of Paying Them or even Communicating With Either the member or the service Provider as to WHY !!
To the General Manager of Centurion Systems. Good Evening. What is WRONG with G WEB today. After I have wasted time and money calling my Gate Technicians to check one of my Gates that has not worked ALL day.... I EVENTUALLY get through to your technical Division who tell me its a world wide Problem with G WEB ! And that the Managers go off at 4.30. Why cant you just put a General message for All your subscribers and Come Clean with the Problem. We sit here like Dummies trying to fix the problem ourselves. Please respond !!!!! Plus we need more Pro Active facilities to Report Issues using user friendly Platforms like Whatsapp . Its 2021 . Surely there is a more efficient way for customers to report issues rather than a Call Center. Its costly to call and time consuming and Irritating. I have decided to allow you the courtesy of Reply directly to me first so will NOT be sharing this on Facebook in the interests of Fairness to your Company.
I bought Gouda Cheese from Jean Crossing store in Centurion. I have bought the cheese before and liked it before. However this time it lacked texture, crumbled after being cut and never tasted up to scratch. I am Disappointed because I am particular about cheese and this batch was not up to the usual Standard.
Dear Telkom I am 17 Months into my Wi Fi Data Contract. Until 10 Days ago I had no complaints. My Data speeds have crashed with no service at various times. Dialed 180.. Not Helpfull.. Used Facebook platform.. Not Solved. I pay for a Service that I am NOT recieving. Also why should us customers report poor Wi Fi Speeds. Surely you as the Network Provider should know what your Network coverage and speeds are .. You Provide them.. Kindly Contact me on the Number provided. Regards

This Machine would not Print Slip hense I had to WAIT because although it Authorised, There was no Proof.. Wait Wait 6 Minutes later.. Oh There is NO Paper in the Machine.. Another 3 Mins to Load Paper... Cashier cannot Find the Right Instruction to REPRINT the Reciept.. Call Someone else... Tick Tock... Another 5 mins... Still cant Print Card reciept.. Had to leave only with Till Reciept... Oh Goody.. Rush Home to Share Pick nPay Milk Tart with Guests for tea. Absolutely Unedible. Could Not Cut Crust as it was so Hard. Filling was a Sloppy Mess with No firmess.. AND wait for it.. There was No Sugar in the Milk Tart Filling. This is nothing more than POOR Management and unecessary. Catch a Wake Up Pick n Pay Hillcrest Plaza. And Please do Not ask me to Bring the Milktart Back. I dont have Time, Petrol or Patience to Molly Coddle your Poor Service and Quality ! Landline DESPERATELY needed by my 90 year OLD Mother who has a Panic Button service on line Costing R300 pm.</p> <p>If my Mother falls ill or takes a Fall due to Telkoms incompetence and uncaring pathetic service and cannot call for help WHO is going to pick up the peices and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Little Company of Mary Hospital in Pretoria After hours there are many people who come in and out of the hospital. After waiting 4 Hours in Emergency to admit a friend. I enquired if there is a vending machine to get a cool drink and a packet of chips or something. Reply from the Admissions Clerk was ... NO You have to go to the Petrol Station across the Road. COME NOW.. Its 2015 not 1965. No one expects the Coffee Shop to be open 24 Hours BUT at least have a Refreshment Station. Second Issue. Emergency admissions charge R 150.00 Admin Fee to see the Doctor and wait 4 Hours to see if they can be admitted or not. This is over and above the R 550 Rip off Doctor Fee. 40 People going through emergency at least a day. That s R 150 X 40 = R 6000 per day. R 180 000 per month. Can I be the Admin Clerk there. Please don't tell me that the Doctor is outsourced. Its still your Responsibility under your Roof and Under your Name. Thank-You
