<p>I cancelled my policy on the 10 May 2017, they told me that it will take 7 days to cancel but now when i called them, they say busy processing. Customer service is very bad they say will call you back but not doing so. I spoke to Lehlogonolo and Nodumo. PLEASE CANCEL THE POLICY NOW.</p>

When I phoned on the 01 December 2015 was informed that the bank will pay me to fix it myself upon inspection of building construction .<br> <br> 1. i went to forest hill mall at 10:00 returning damaged duvet cover with no slip, I told the manager Mduduzi Masango to refund me because I cant find something to exchange . they checked on the system and confirmed I bought in the shop on the 25 April 2015 but cannot find the slip online. I requested my refund , he told me I must phone head office , they cant assist me . I want my refund please , If I knew its damaged I wil kept my slip is not my fault.
I purchased a voucher last year, I have send a mail Thursday 19 March 2015 to request my refund because I cannot travel to Limpopo cause of my injuries. I spoke to Michelle , still waiting for their response
i bought a ring on laybye, I went to the store on Friday 06 March 2015 and spoke to Prudence(manager) that I request a refund on my laybye because my husband cancelled the wedding and left me. she told me that I must bring ID, Residentia proof and bank statement with bad attitude I don't understand why so many thing whereas I have problems in my life. please I only want my refund please.
