I have been a customer of Vox for years and they have been really good up to now. I took out a month-to-month LTE contract because I needed it for a short period. I cancelled the device after 2 months so as not to pay rental on it and they cancelled my entire contract. They charged me for collection of the device which I paid, but now they've slapped me with a bill a few rans short of R2500. This is insane, how can Vox do this to me after being such a loyal customer I am livud and will not be doing business with them again. Can somebody please arrange for these exorbitant charges to be reversed as a matter of urgency!

The staff at Multichoice are unable to assist me with an issue that I have with my Showmax subscription. I have linked Showmax to one of my services, Multichoice billed me for it and I paid the amount they required (even though I am a debit order client), but still my issue is not resolved. I called today and spoke to an agent for about 10 minutes and she didn't understand the issue I am having. Then I tried the online chat, got through to 2 agents but they keep me in holding and only chat to me every 5 minutes or so. I am so fed-up, just to keep my stress levels down I think it may be cheaper to cancel and find an alternative. The customer service from Multichoice is not what it used to be, I will definitely not recommend their services due to this lack of customer service.
I have been a client of Vox Telecom for many years (even before fibre) and they have always been on the ball. However I have been battling lately since my internet connection either keeps dropping or I get very slow internet speeds (way below 10mbps on a 50mbps line) and I am getting no joy from the team at Vox. I rely on my internet connection for work and hence won’t be able to pay my account if I have no internet, but Vox does not seem to be bothered. Can somebody please help me out of this predicament.

I am elated at the service received from King Price regarding my glass repair claim. A stone hit my car's windscreen on Sunday the 13th of March, I went on to the app and notified them of the incident and on Monday morning their contractor came to repair the chip for me. Many thanks to the team at King Price, this kind of service is appreciated and needs to be commended, please keep it up.
I have been a subscriber to this service for years and every time I have the need to use them, I find out just how much they don't want to assist me. I put in a claim to be assisted and then they cancel my claim without letting me know. It is a total waste of time and money, I definitely do not recommend them.
I am so disappointed by the delayed flight that I had to just accept on flight MN454 from Cape Town Airport to Lanseria. Why would I be sold a ticket for a particular flight time and have it delayed by about 2 hours for no apparent reason. I received an sms to tell me about the delay, and when I called the call centre to find out if anything can be done for us to get an alternative flight, I was told that I just need to accept it. And then when the delayed time arrives, we are told that the aircraft is even further delayed. This is not professional at all from an airline that keeps singing it's own praises in media adverts.

I will never use this guy. As soon as you pay him, he gives you lots of stories and doesn't deliver. I am yet to get my money back from him, but that, too, is a lost cause. He goes by the name of Tli Masawa Mfune. I will never trust him to do anything.
