I have a contract phone with Cell C, which I been using for many years, and extended multiple times. Last year, 2025, I called Cell C at 084 135 informing them I would not extend the contract with Cell C anymore. I made a call on 20 August 2025, and when I noticed is till debiting i called them again on16 September 2025. Cell C continued debiting, although I made two attempts indicating I am not extending the contract. On 31 October 2025, I received an email from the collection department, saying they did not receive the installment of R 824.98 I responded to their email to tell them this contract that are debiting contract, has come to an end and I have already called 084135 to inform I will not extend. It seems all my attempts were going to the deaf ears. Cell C continued to debit and when I called today, 09 January has not cancelled my contract after all these attempts.
My contact with Cell C ended on 27 June 2025, and I called on the 11th June to cancel and when I call today after noticed although the contract has come to an end but they still debiting regardless of called and notify that you not interested to continue eith the contract. This is very upsetting when these service providers treating clients like this. No communication to notify that this contract is coming to an end as car insurance do.
