Have tried on numerous occasions to get the MyDifference part of the Woolworths app to work. The call centre is helpful but the functionality only lasts a day. This must be the most pathetic changeover to a new loyalty app I have ever experienced. The effect is that you cannot access any benefits in the app and cannot nominate a cause. The previous app and My School Card worked 100%. I am seriously considering cancelling the card (which I pay for) to stop this endless frustration. The call centre says the app has errors which the developers are trying to rectify. Why change to a non-working loyalty scheme?
I purchased an e-voucher for a person in distress but have been unable to get the voucher to him. Reassigning the voucher does not work and none of the contact help numbers are active. Their website says page not found so no online contact. Support Spar at your peril. Let this be a warning to anyone wanting to use this service. Better use Checkers or Pick an Pay.
Our post boxes at Aston Manor were moved without any advice to anybody Birchleigh Post Depot. This I found out after an email to the Post Office was replied to. At the same time I was advised that there has been no mail delivery due to no transport being available to move the mail fro Witspos to the depot. This is now almost two months of no service from a service provider that wants to take over the delivery of small parcels. It would be a gross injustice to the country if that were ever allowed.
I have been a long term subscriber to Car Magazine but following my experience to renew my current subscription I will be cancelling and will hopefully get my money back. There is no way to communicate with Car by email or phone or its subscription agent Arena Africa. Pathetic Service!
Dstv app does not function at all. Impossible to sign in. Same error followed by “try again later” Quite pathetic
<p>Have had no internet access for past two days. Called 081180 customer service only to be told there is nothing wrong with my account. I explained it is likely a Point Of Presence technical issue and where can I log a technical issue. Agent checked if technical personnel were available and transferred the call. Immediate answer that it is outside their operating hours and have a nice day. Bizarre service! You cannot alert them to a possible tower fault.</p>

I have been to the Greenstone Mall Telkom Store on 3 occassions to get international roaming activated without success.Call centre says go to a store, Website chat says go to a store but the store cannot help. Latest excuse is an old order has not been closed so sorry. Offered to call back but of course no one called. This is pathetic service.
Don't know if anyone else has had similar lack of action response from Telkom Mobile. Migrated LTE 10+10 to LTE 20+20 about 3 weeks ago. Now cannot find out when this will actually take place. Was told by call centre that order is on queue to be actioned but nothing has transpired for two weeks. Would like to give them more money but Telkom Mobile not interested or they don't need it or they don't care. Call centre agents and Telkom shops have tried to assist but it seems the back office is not responding even to their own people. Really pathetic service
